I don’t know much bore will cost you in Shagamu but I know the area have diff soil nature this make the diff in cost.
The blue cylinder there is water treatment plant setup, it’s also available in stainless steel.
You don’t need to change the cylinder (it’s last longer)
The only things to change ones the you notice the water is due for services is the chemical content loaded inside it, this can come ones or trice in a year depends on the real nature of your water from the bore hole.

The water can be treated for human consumption (the water will be taking to laboratory for test and certificate will be issue for if need be)
