It's hard to choose the worst actors in GOT because they have all done a very perfect job...but I'll take the acting of Tommen and those sand snakes girls, then I think Euron is not really showing a vicious villain. .

Best actors in no particular order however, will be, Tywinn, Tyrion, Arya, Joeffery, Bronn, Lady Ollena, Jon; Cercie, Sandor, Varys and Little finger

Doomsday has always been created with Kryptonian Technology(other than that one time the writers decided to make the US government the creators as a fail safe incase Supes went rogue). So, yes, it makes sense.

Before you ask how he would be able to understand kryptonian technology, I'd like you to know that Lex Luthor is the most intelligent person in DC...and the only person that Brainiac, the most intelligent being in DC(I mean other than the characters with omnipotence/omniscience), a 12th level intellect, considers to be his equal...He ranges between the 9th-12th level intellect, depending on whoever is writing the story...

This guy was the true definition of a villain you would like to hate. Why should a villain be lovable anyway? Jesse Eisenberg is on point with his crazy and inconsistent acting as Lex Luthor. I have a feeling that he will claim insanity for his roles in Doomsday's creation, afterall, there is not enough evidence to sentence him.
