The house of assembly of Kaduna state has approved castration as the punishment for anyone convicted for rape.

The House gave the approval following the passage of a bill to amend the Kaduna state penal court law, 2017, by the lawmakers on Thursday, September 10.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested have arrested 22 suspected internet fraudsters in different locations around imo state.

Operatives of the Uyo zonal offices of the EFCC have identified the suspects to be all male and their ages ranging from 20-41 years. The suspects were captured around world bank area,in Ugwuma Town and “Road Safety” by Toronto road, Egbu, Owerri, Imo state.
