You need wireless network when large files are involved. You can use your 15g on your phone through your PC using softwares like Connectify of mHotspot

I think its really sad and lame for microsoft to do this. What were they hoping to achieve with this? Not all of us have access to wifi and not all of us have d time to look 4anoda fone or software to connect to. Its our money and we should be given the option of downloading whatever we want. Some other os don't have this. I think ms should correct this in their next update asap. Imagine having t beg a friend each time I wanna upgrade my os. The 1520 is a great fone, but this is just too lame of them
