Yes God can answer any body's prayer base on your believe, no matter the sin you commit and note God won't judge anyone's sin here on Earth until we die so even if you want to go and Rob then you pray for God protection, God will definitely answer you if you believe, so God will answer their prayer if they believe in work of God
