Pls is it possible that if you applied for the wrong passport and you already paid, would they convert the money to the actual one you were supposed to pay for.

For instance, if you were supposed to apply for standard passport and you applied for official passport. Is there a way they can help you convert the money you paid for standard to official even if you will have to pay extra fee?
