Nairalander, I need you enlightment here, I placed an order from gearbest, my order arrived in Lagos since 24th of August but tracking has not gone past INSERT INTO DOMESTIC BAG. The address is directed to OAU, for how long do I need to wait before I can get or I should walk to the post office and make enquiry.

Hello, pls how did u fix this problem. I also bought an item from Alibaba and it was shipped by the seller via Aliexpress. I kept tracking the item using the tracking No that I was given until it arrived in Nigeria. To my surprise, it currently shows "item inserted in Abuja bag." The item was supposed to be sent to A post office in Lagos. I went to Ikeja yesterday to complain and I was told that the item has an Abuja address and not Lagos address. I chatted the seller and he sent me the invoice and also the paper that they usually attached to the product. The paper shows the tracking No the Seller gave to me, my address and also the detail of the product. Now my question is that, where is the problem coming from. Are the people in Nipost lying or is the problem from the seller side. This product is about 81k. This is because I wonder how Ali express will give a tracking No to 2 people and Nipost will also tell me a different story. Thanks all
