Hello house, someone told me we can use the "PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION (PDECCE)" from Corona College of education as second certificate so as get points of 2 or more certificates for the immigration. Has anyone ever done this before here and can it be truly evaluated and recognized by WES as 2 or more certificate because my sister already has a degree in education. Thanks

Caredemy offers certificates for all courses like Florence but its not Free

Hi, My sister has over 4 years of experience working in hospital in Nigeria but her educational background is a degree in education. She is interested in the HCA job and i want her to do the 15 courses and i will pay for it. If you don't mind can you put the link to the courses here. Also, is it possible for her to get the HCA job without an educational background in Health related courses? thanks

Note: I just went through the caredemy website, is it the 15 care certificate standards courses, the one for £10.00? If yes, is it acceptable for the HCA job?

It's automatic if you picked that option during your account opening process. That is what obtains at investment one and I want to believe it's same for other fund managers

I see you have different products on the website, can you elaborate a little bit of each of them. So that we can know which one to choose/tick while registering. Thanks

Are you a Nigerian living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada like me? Do you dream of owning a brand new house but don't have the required 5% down-payment? . You now have an opportunity of owning one. Our brand new houses come with 2 bedroom finished basement. We are currently building some in Cornerstone NE & Legacy SE.

Do you know that you can easily pay off your mortgage monthly by combining both your current rent and the rent you will be generating from the 2 bedroom finished basement that comes with the brand new house?

I live here in Calgary and currently working with the builder (developer). We will be happy to show you to show you the already finished houses and those we are currently building.

Cornerstone is Calgary’s new Northeast, spanning over 1,000 hectares of land with a stunning mix of pristine prairie views and urban amenities. Conveniently located in Calgary’s northeast close to Stoney Trail, Country Hills and Deerfoot Trail, Cornerstone residents can easily access a wide array of amenities including six schools, Calgary Northeast Sports Facility, Max Bell Arena, the Calgary airport, Sunridge Mall, Peter Lougheed Hospital and the highly anticipated redevelopment of Deerfoot City.

Benefit
- You can purchase it even if you don't have up to the 5٪ down payment required by law. The company will work with whatever you have
- The company helps in preparing your Mortgage and your mortgage approval is guaranteed.
- You have the opportunity of also choosing the finishing of the house since it is a brand new house
- You can easily pay your mortgage by the time you add up your current rent plus the rent of the 2 bedroom finished basement .
- This is also an opportunity to start building your Equity.

We have Duplexes, town houses and Single Family homes.

The duplex has 3 bedroom and 2.5bath. The master bedroom comes with a Jacuzzi too. It also has an office space that can be converted into a room on the main floor. Additionally, It also comes with a finished 2 bedroom Walkout basement

sounds a bit long winded. I transferred from my HSBC account directly into a domicillary account. they deducted 29 pounds but I didnt mind

I guess both your HSBC account and the dorm account are UK accounts. Mine is Nigerian account. Infact my dorm account is GTbank, while the Naira I wish to convert and deposit in the dorm account is in my Stanbic account. How I wish the banks can allow that easy conversion and deposit between accounts.

If I knew, I would have converted all my money to USD and brought it along with me when I relocated to Canada last year. My Tbill matured few days ago and now I don't even know what to do with the money in my account in Stanbic. It is some few M's. Any advice people?

Thanks for the information. I really appreciate it!

I think both accounts are different. One is CRA careers and the other is CRA my account is something like that.

Also you can only open a CRA my account after you've filed your first tax, not before. They won't have your SIN on their system before.

Lastly, CRA my account is currently overloaded and having issues even for those who have account. Solution at the moment is you login with your phone mobile network (i.e. on your phone itself, or hotspotting your computer with your phone).

Good day house, pls quick question. I have a CRA account that I opened when I applied for the "call agent job last year. Now I am trying to file my tax for the first time. I tried to use the same CRA account created for the job to access my tax documents such as T4's. I tried to login with the detail but as soon as I input my ID, password and also answer my security question, it requests for my SIN. After I inputted the SIN, it immediately bring out an error message. My question is that, Is CRA job account different from that of tax account? How true is it that one must have first filed tax before one can have a CRA account?
