The first ingredient that should not be in your black soap is RAW EXTRACTED ACIDS (Lactic acid, Glycolic acid.etc) because the acid percentage in this extracts is around 80%-90%(that is to much acid to use on your skin).

No doubt you might want to use it to adjust you soap pH, but then if your soap pH is around 7 (because black soap has its own natural pH and you won't want to tamper with it unless you want to damage your skin) then there is no need for the lactic acid acid.

But if you want to use those acid, its better to use them in natural form like in powders, and example of such powders are cocoa powder, goat milk powder and rice powder( rice powder is very rich in lactic acid and it also helps in thickening of the soap.

As for Glycolic acid, instead of using the raw extract, we have a natural form of glycolic which is SUGAR. Sugar helps your soap to lather well, it serves as a form of exfoliants and it also carries out the funtions of glycolic acid in your soap.
