at UBE, they told me that our payslips have been forwarded to our various local government offices, please has anyone collected from his or her LGA?

There is a little slip they ll give u to fill (stage 1) when u go for d biometrics....., ur name, comp number & other details, including ur grade level/step & grade level/step that is on ur payslip - that's where d payslip cms in. U need it to know d level u re bn paid currently cos it's written on ur payslip as against d level it shd be. The lady asked Me since I don't ve mine, how am I sure what I've filled is correct, I affirmed its correct, she just said well, u haven't given me any problem, all ur documents are correct & compete so I will accept it based on that.
Make sure you go with exactly what u uploaded on d system because they compare ur hard copy with what is on d system one by one and if there Is any disparity..oyo for u..and mk sure you've gotten ur confirmation letter and uploaded it too cos if you haven't, na wahala for u...

abeg I just asked someone to check for me at U.B.E, he said UBE is no longer giving out payslips, please can someone confirm this?

Actually, I didn't go with mine (payslip) cos I couldn't get it but the lady that attended to me during d bio exercise cleared me for capturing cos according to her my other documents were complete & correct & Innocent face. Most of my colleagues got theirs thru their HM/Principal/LGA edu board

OK thanks, did they ask for ATM cards? because it was a requirement during the last biometrics exercise.

Please it cannot be because they didn't upload documents well that their salaries were denied when the final biometric has not been concluded. How can that be ? Check well on why they weren't paid and not create more confusion here.

on point my dear, my take is, it has to be people that have been retired by the uploads we did, ( remember the date of birth can't be changed) it's these set of people that will have payment issues.

get your statement of account and go to the ministry of finance at the state secretariat.

if you go back to my post yesterday, you will see where I mentioned that my oyigbo LGA friend under UBE said theirs is on the 17th, and you can see that it tallies with this date, so this timetable is likely to be for U.B.E members of staff.

better find out from your principal, cause I was at UBE today and most members of staff there received SMS indicating that theirs is this week Thursday.

I think this year's biometric is broken down into various segment. First it was update profile, then head count, then personnel audit and I think now its the turn "DATA VERIFICATION". Whatever that one mean, don't ask me. Let's watch how the next week roll!

left for me alone, I don't think there will be any more biometrics exercise this year, cause they've gotten what they want via our last audits, which is basically to mop out retirees who refused to leave the system, that's why you can edit every details in your portal but can't edit your DATE OF BIRTH

I even emailed the ICT department, their reply was that the rumour that salaries won't be paid until biometrics has been concluded is unfounded.

No cause for alarm yet. I was at the Office of the SSA to the Honourable Commissioner for Finance last week Monday and I noticed that work was in progress for February salary. Even the DFS in Rivers State Sports Council submitted some paperwork for payment but the SSA told him to hold on that it will be processed with March salary. Una blood too hot for salary alert like say na sand we bin dey chop before this Amaechi job show appearance. Hahahaha..... make nobody take am personally with me. I just dey lighten the tense atmosphere.
