In a month time I will be starting stimming but was advised by my dr not to take anything at all expect folic acid and he also placed me on contraceptive pills cos of cysts. Pls I will like some guidelines on how best to prepare my body for a successful cycle. I will really appreciate response and advice from you all. Thanks and God bless.

thanks for the kind words. He didn't stop the supplements. in fact he only just concluded the Manix and Addyzoa 2nd round before the SA. The Dr didn't show us the physical results. just explained/summarised the findings to us so I don't know the finer details of the tests. He just said that no infection was seen and that his hormones are also ok.

I know of the ivf chances. we're not planning to borrow the whole lot, just borrow and add up to what he save to make it faster/save time. We'll just and insist on some months treatment while we prepare for ivf should in case it eventually turns out we have to do. I've read that its good to preparr onself for at least six weeks before starting and ivf cycle. Taking Prenatals, changing diet to include high protein, incorporating light exercise/yoga etc.

Pls what is this used for? Really interested.

@ mummy jason . it is the absorption rate i worried about . Buy lemon, not lime o lemon .squeeze d lemon . crush your garlic n put in the crushed garlic in ur lemon . u can drink it as tea. or use it in diluting a bottle of drinking water ( this i am currently doing ) . if u are doing the tea try taking it at least 3- 4 times . a day as for me it is the crushed garlic and lemon water i have been taking as my drinking water and it has been helping .

Text book theory says 3 months, in some cases it improves in a month or 2. My dh had his zero improve in less dan 2 months even producin a preg. Some mama's n papa's in dis thread and d ttc thread hav given testimonies about it increasing in a month using drugs like manix, addyzoa,proviron n progonal. @ Goldengift u can search nairaland 4 dese meds n get mor info. But have in mind , wat works 4 "A" might not work 4 "B"

I can only say I m sure serrapeptase works very well for blocked tubes cos I have a friend that had blocked tubes that got a bfp after using serrapeptase. That's all I can say for now.

@ Hotmomma , sorry for your scan result .have u hard about Black strap Molases and apple cider venigar before ? they are used for fibroid and cysts am a living testimony of this two supliments and also vitex. I have had a very bad experience with fibroid in the uterus and and the fundus but I thank God for using this two supliments to shrink them . I bought BSM(#6000) and ASV(#4000) .am still taking them u can also try

Well said @ IOmoge. Acv and bsm work wonders she even confirmed it. But like i a said due to finance I went for serrapetase. But I m thinking of buying them as soon as possible and combine 3 of them. What do u think @ IOmoge? For quicker results . I am using it for endometriosis and chocolate cysts.
