I got mine from health plus at the palms.
I saw liquid with the mother on olx.
Serrapetase I heard too is ggood. I was looking for serrapetase when the health plus guy advised me to do ACV.
The ACV capsules I got has d mother which is also known as peptin. The only thing I think is that it is expensive when compared to liquid.
BSM I think is also on olx. A lady at Ikeja has em for sale.

Your low LH and progesterone likely indicate anovulation. It means you're likely not ovulating. It's a case of hormonal imbalance.

@goldengift its well wit u. D result says ur progesteron n leutenizing hormones are low, ur estriol is a bit high. Wit. History of ovarian cyst.

U av to start by resolving to do a detox of ur body. Acv is important here to help cleanse off excess hormones.
Change ur diet to be as healthy as possible. Cut carbs to d barest minimum.
Take supplements high in zinc, B6, B12, vitamin C, E.
Also stock up on ur ewedu consumption if u eat it.
Kip seeing ur doc if u r satisfied dat he's well trained to handle ur case
U shld be able to see a change by 2 to 3mths.

As for low Lh d causese can be frm minor to organic causes wich d later may need ovulation induction wit gnrh-injections as clomid doesn't work here.

it come mostly in liquid form.
I wasn't pleased with d way it messed up my teeth 2 years ago so I opted for d capsule which I got from health plus.
