See people panicking.. It's quite understandable sha. So the thing is, I got a mail asking to come for D and M at first, but I was preoccupied with something, so I didn't go.

Fast-forward to August 14, I go the chill pill mail too, so I called someone on the inside, not a trainee, he gave me an assuring word, "they'll surely get back to you".

Trust me guys, when I talk about certainty, this is one of them. I don't want to go into details for some reasons best known to me.

All I'll just say is chill guys, we going to TS this year.

Thanks... Keep us updated with concrete news especially d ones wit dates.

I also noticed quite a number of persons got d first set of D&M mail nd did nt show up. Al i v to say abt dt is 'Wow'

Too many insecurities and unconfirmed news flying around.

Lets be systematic.

First batch rounds up evrytn officially by Oct. 9 (Wednesday) which means the earliest we can resume TS is Oct 14 (Monday).

My assumed least number of days btwn D&M and TS resumption is 2 weeks meaning D&M wil likely b btwn Sept 26 - Oct 3 which also means D&M mail shld com in btwn Sept 20 - Sept 25.

So lets chill till Sept ending b4 we strt getting ds worried. Calling the phone numbers to get som answers wil make sense by that time too

I don't think you guys will be resuming TS this year. Our process officially ends Oct 9th, then 2weeks rest before posting. I asked a friend that works with FirstAcademy, he said they're rounding up on all their trainings for the year.
You might get D&M mail this year but the possibility of resuming TS is quite slim.

I didn't want to say anything before but I've been in the same shoes of speculations every day that's why I'm here

But 2016 resumed thr TS first batch in november. Pls wen u get facts frm dt ur frnd, let us knw abeg. If we r nt resumin ds yr, i need to plan myself oh

Nice one Sir, I missed Training School cause of PTDF oversea scholarship induction that held in Abuja same week I was to resume training school in Lagos. I was given a second chance to partake in the second batch training school. The issue here is that we will leave for Germany by December, is it right to go for TS this coming October or just forget about First bank?

My advice is to always go for what u r really passionate about. But it seems u already made that choice

Why dont we put a call through and get some definite answers? It wil go a long way in calming our nerves. Am scared to call sha, i dnt knw why? I dnt evn knw hw to start wen d person at d oda side picks d call.

Just a speculation o

In d reassurance mail thy sent, thy used d word "due course" wich means any of the following
1. Appropriate time/ right time
2. After an event or afta an ongoing event runs its course
3. Cant make it any faster.

Jst 99% sure. Cos we wil b gettin a mail jst for D... nt M. U wil b given medical form afta succesful documentation. Again, historically, D mail usually gives less dan a week notice. Thirdly, he's d only one sayin he got a mail.

Hi goldimx, I'm currently in TS in Lekki I can feel your emotions. I want to assure you that you'll definitely resume for 2batch TS this year. In fact, there are possibilities that more people would be called (those that have not receive mail at all). However, Goldimx I'd advice you take time and understand yourself - prepare yourself mentally for the program, set SMART goals for yourself... Also, I'd advise you to go n earn a certificate in any area/department you'd love to work in. Taking all these actions, I bet you will live a life you want not a life "someone" wants for you.
I'm going to be at the top and I hope to see you there too!

Please I beg of you, play as much as you want now. See your babes and your parents, chill with friends and family. Do as much side hustle as you want, TS will stress the living daylight out of you. It is non-stop stressful, different angles. I'm fresh-ish on Monday but I'm wrung out by Wednesday and I still have two days to go. Please get your house and body in order before your mails arrive.

That said, I hope you get a mail soon.

The initial mail has another caption entirely. So, they were referring to the most recent mail (with respect to the caption).

I'm yet to receive the recall mail though. I guess it was sent to the person as a result of network glitch.
