1) I have no idea of which day they release appointment slot. It was not hard for me to get appointment as people usually complain here. I got appointment immediately i registered on TLS website and i was given a date 3 weeks from the day i booked

2) I have no Idea about this as my visa type is different

I got my visa today and I'm also sharing how the process went since this thread was really helpful to me.

- Type: Short stay business visa first time traveller, single entry
- Validity: 3 weeks ~
- Appointment date: Monday March 30
- Transferred to consulate: Tuesday March 31st
- Approval date on visa: Wednesday 15th April
- Ready for collection date: Friday 17th April
- Picked up at TLS on Monday 20th April

It still showed "In process" on the tls website even after Wednesday 15th which was 10/11 working days from submission.
On Thursday 16th I emailed the consulate and got no reply, on Friday 17th I emailed the consulate again and also tls contact asking about the status.

I still did not get any reply sha but around 12pm, my tracker moved from "In Process" to "Passport returning from consulate" and by around 2pm it was ready for pickup, but they close by 3pm and I would not meet up, so I went on Monday for collection.

I do not know if it is because I emailed them I was able to get it back early, or it would have been ready anyway, but yeah that was my timeline.

4) please help me with the email address of the company in italt that gave you business invitation letter because I too want to go for business visit7

Unfortunately, it appears the requests are not being communicated clearly enough, and your written English is also contributing to the misunderstandings. As a result, any British ECOs reviewing your applications will struggle to interprete or understand what you are asking, and may decide not to engage further.

For example, in this NEW refusal letter, they set out multiple reasons for their decision. However, you stated that it happened because you did not write a letter about your previous refusals. That’s not true.

For this reason, it’s best to stop the continuous applications until the requirements are clearly understood, 3 refusals for her, 6 for you … leave the UK alone as your circumstances do not support repeated requests.

I hate to say this, but the level of desperation here is becoming too much. Overwhelmingly too much. Please let these people be for now.

It also isn’t fair to put your family through repeated refusals already, and then to plan for more next week.
We on this thread also deserve some respite. It can’t be the same process repeated week after week. We are all adults.

I said I wrote letter to address last refusals, but the eco said they were not satisfied.

I am asking the house to put me through,how to write the letter that will satisfied the eco in the next application.

If the written of the letter is solve,the remaining two reasons are also easy to solve,if you read the refusal letter I pasted above, you will see that my family was refused for three reasons. That is the area I want you to contribute way forward not asking us to stopped struggling for progress.pls go and the read before passing

Sorry, I replied based on what you wrote here and didn’t read the attached letter. From the refusal letter, the reasons for refusal were clearly stated. I would advise you to pause further applications for sometime and work on correcting those issues first. Continuous reapplication without addressing them may appear as desperation to them.

1. Someone earning ₦3 million annually is not expected to be going on vacation unless there is strong financial backing. For a 2-week trip, the expected spending should usually not exceed about 3 months of income, which in this case is around ₦750k. That amount may not even cover a flight ticket, except there is a sponsor who is genuinely related to you and can support the trip.

2. You also did not clearly specify your itinerary. They expected you to mention the exact places you intended to visit for sightseeing and your planned activities during the trip.

My wife and my daughter was refused again base on the following meaningless three reasons

1) they said they don't understand how we calculated the annual income of 3m which is 250k income per month and it was pay to her account every month.

meanwhile we submitted business receipts that show how we got the income as source of income.

2) they said they were not satisfied on how we address reasons for previous visa refusals .

But We submitted letter to clarify previous visa refusals ,maybe the eco did not read it

3) they said we didn't specify tour place to be visit

But we stated on the visa application form that this trip is for vacation and sightseeing,pls what is the meaning of sightseeing, is t not to visit interesting places

Pls what can be done because I want to challenge the eco on this meaningless reasons, I have send PAP letter to home office,hoping for positive reply

Another question please house,

How can we write the letter to address previous visa refusals that we satisfied the the eco, because I didn't no maybe they have their format. Because the one we wrote was not satisfied them.

This morning when I tried to verify my CAC certificate and my wife CAC certificate on the public search of CAC site, the response was no record found,it was stated that they were undergoing site updated and mentainance.meanwhile, my family just submitted there application last week and I am the sponsor.even early this month I still verify our CAC on public search site and it show our records

My question is,if the eco want to verify an applicant CAC do they have another way to verify it, apart from using public search website which was temporary down.

If it's Naira, it's insignificant and there's nothing to worry about.

After the submission of my wife and my daughter applications and I am the sponsor of there applications. I later looked through my wife statement of account I saw a transfer of #2000 from my business account to my wife salary account that was submitted,there no way I can write a letter to explain that it's for recharge card, cos they have blocked uploading after biometrics, I hope this transfer will not cause red flag

Please i want to know if it is a must to upload the stamped version of your account statement or one can upload the online-genarated version of the bank statement which is not stamped.

I ask because banks nowadays will print your statement but some of the pages will be illegible. The downloadble versions are usually without blemish.

Kindly advise if i can use the downloaded version of the statement pls.

Upload the statement of account you downloaded. They always accept it. If it makes you feel better, upload the stamped and signed one too. It should not be an issue at all..

I realized that the statement of account i collected from zenith Bank for the sponsor of my family was not too legible after scanning and updated, meanwhile the zenith statement of account which I downloaded from my zenith online app was legible,but was not stamp and signed,

If I uploaded the one I collected from bank and the one I uploaded from my zenith mobile app,I hope it will not annoyed the eco to denied the visa
