it is definately a scam, i hate scammers and fraudsters and that is why i have created a website on review of mobile phones, blackberry and computers.

i am touched, although i have no specific solution as a concerned fellow and blackberry lover i want to suggest you try the following
1 call the customer care, sometimes if your plan is not reset(ed) and you change the plan you may have this problem
2 try ur line on another device
3 try another line on your device

The truth is that N9 is not yet around officially in Nigeria, but online sites that claim to have it are putting the price at 110 to 130k .

this is an interesting question to get the best blackberry the solution is to
1 buy from known vendors like SLOT NIGERIA
2 buy from the network subscribers

however, i am sure this did not answer your question in full because not everyone is ready to buy from these or ready to buy new blackbery'
this leads us to the ultimate answer
you can grade the quality of a bb device based on the country that finally assembled it.
