Because New Zealand's borders have been closed since God know when. Holders of tourist, work and student visas are not allowed to enter New Zealand, only Permanent residents and Citizens are allowed to enter as of now. The embassy has not been processing any visa application. So how the f*ck did the agent get the visa.

You already know the answer.

It's not fake .. its just a cruise entry eta visa ..

The visa is only meant for those that intend coming into New Zealand via cruise ..

I suggest the Op/ friend should check the status and moreover no need in going through that stress ..

He should just go and collect his money back..

From iyana paja take a bus going to toll gate or sango

From sango u will see bus going to abeokuta stop /alight at papalantoro

Cross to the other side as if you are coming back to lagos

You will see shuttle /bike going to ilaro ....

The bus is 300 naira to ilaro ..

From ilaro u can now proceed to wherever you going to ..
