LASHONE LINKS HOUSING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED
Lashone Links Housing Cooperative Multipurpose Society is an initiative of Lashone Links Group of Companies whose property arm is duly registered as a member of Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria [REDAN]. It is a house owner actualization and investment society using the power of cooperation and thrift to assist individuals in owning a home. It is registered with the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture Cooperative and run independent of the promoters, with full complement of duly elected executives.
OBJECTIVES
• To acquire acres of land for sale or estate development to meet housing needs of members or a form of investment for the economic benefits of members.
• To encourage regular savings amongst members so that each member may cultivate the habit of saving daily at least once monthly
• To provide credit facilities to its members at fair and reasonable rates
• To raise capital through shareholding by members in the society
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERS
Every member of the society is required to be:
√ Have a regular Job or vocation
√ Interested in owning a land or house within Lagos and other areas the cooperation is investing
√ One that can afford to pay N5,000 at once as joining fee, meeting dues of N200/month and make a monthly contribution of N5,000 and above.
√ Make out time to attend quarterly meetings except absent on permission
√ Interested in buying properties that are offered to the cooperative at a discount and with our guidance.
√ Able to buy a minimum of 25,000 units of shares at N2 per unit.
