Just to participate in the ongoing Tinubu certification rigmarole!
Everyone at one point wants to be seen talking.
Let us wait to hear from Atiku who originally went for the information on Tinubu.
Let us wait for the supreme Court to make use of the information contained in what Atiku present to the court.
Noise here and there will not add or subtract from the saga

ArcFresky:
This is why education is very important.

It was clear Nigeria was borrowing to pay subsidy.
Nigeria borrowed within and without.. Nigeria was borrowing from CBN.

The Twin duo, Buhari and Emefiele were terrible things that happened to Nigeria.

TUC were asking for the Billions saved on subsidy, friends, Nigeria was borrowing to pay subsidy. Nigeria borrowed such that, it had to borrow to pay its debtors.

Its not sustainable, and removing susbsidy didn’t free up more money, it only made sure we were able to pay debts without borrowing.

If you ask me, thats a good step.

The next step is reduce the cost of governance, impose heavy duty on imports and send corrupt people to the gallows.

I agree with you totally

EXPOSURE 3: Tinubu's Certificate Forgery, Perjury and forged NYSC certificate.

Final Judgment by PEPT Judges:
It is late bringing this up after case file has been closed.

EXPOSURE:
So the compromised PEPT Judges know that truly Tinubu have a forged educational and NYSC certificate, but since Atiku didn't bring it up during his initial case file, it is late to do so now, and therefore, criminality should be allowed to scale through for now even though its known?

This also leave loophole for Tinubu's opponents to use to stop him from seeking for reelection after he completes this tenure, but I hope by then when the opposition bring this up again, the Nigerian compromised Judges who never stand on any ground will not shift the ground again to accommodate this criminality ?

Also, since Atiku is appealing the case at the SC, can't he add it as part of the issues he is appealing for at the SC?

I want to learn from this, I am open to learning on this issue.

You are allowed to sit down in one corner and analyse the whole process and then the judgement passed yesterday by the presidential election tribunal
Whatever is not clear to you, its just something that can be taken forward to the supreme Court for more clarification.

Anyway Nnamdi Kanu claims he is a Jew and doesn't believe in Jesus as God or son of God.

I pity Christians
Religion is the opium of the people
Both Islam and Christianity are foreign religion that are responsible for the failure of African people.
Islamic religion was spread out to Africa through force in form of jihad. Mainly for exploration and exploitation
The same thing for Christianity, it was spread around Africa in the form of crusades. Purely for exploration and exploitation
Religion is more of enforcing other people culture and behaviour on another group of people who have nothing with the culture being present in religion form.
Now , let us look around the world and see how Africa is faring among the continents
Africa remained the most religioned zone of the world, yet it remains the most exploited part of the world and remains the poorest continent of the world.
It is high time for the religion fanatics to become aware of the true position of things around the world.

Justice Ugo Resigns, Citing Demands to 'Kneecap' Democracy, Says 'Siding with Tinubu' Would Mean 'The Death of Nigeria's Democracy

In a shocking and unprecedented move, Nigerian Justice Boloukuoromo M. Ugo has resigned from the bench, citing demands from the executive branch that he believes would destroy the country's democracy.

In a statement, Justice Ugo said that siding with the government on this matter would be the 'death of Nigeria's democracy', and that he could not in good conscience remain silent. His resignation has sent shockwaves through the country and raised serious questions about the state of Nigeria's democratic institutions.

According to Justice Ugo's statement, he was asked to 'cripple the independence of the judiciary' by ruling in favor of a certain political candidate, whom he did not name but is widely believed to be Bola Tinubu.

Besides this, he was said to have been asked to suppress evidence and dismiss cases that could impact the election. Justice Ugo's resignation has caused a serious uproar and a setback to the activities of the Presidential Election Petition Court.

Justice Ugo is good to resign. Nothing spoil.
However, the reason being put up here is just another dimension to the propaganda from OBIDIENTS stable .

Adjudged as the worst election in subsaharan Africa , the 2023 mamoud yakubu general election is now set to face the wrath of the judiciary .

The judiciary itself has been placed in the centre circle - with all eyes on it (locally and internationally). We are all witnesses to the shenanigans called the 2023 election , a barefaced rape on democracy and a scam perpetrated by Yakubu mamoud and his triangle of evil .

I will save time and not delve into his (yakubu's) numerous promises to deliver the best election in the history of Nigeria , neither would I bother you with the humumgous amounts of money freely given to him with full support from Nigerians .

The basis of this write up is - the corner the INEC has boxed Tinubu into..

Tinubu is an astute man , well respected by me personally and my circle of friends . At least he is an angel compared to satanic Buhari and his cohorts ,who literally beheaded Nigerians with hellish draconian policies. Tinubu is aware of the situations and tackels them as they come .

But he has been placed on a very tight corner by prof mamoud yakubu.

And the INEC chairman has handed over to the judiciary ,nails for his crucifixion.

I wished and hope ,that like Yar'Adua, Tinubu would sack the INEC chairman the moment he was sworn in . But he didn't .

Who are these people writing on tribunal judgement on the electoral petition as if they are the judges?
This childish displays of ignorance is getting too much.
Does these sets of ignorant fellows think that they can force their foolishness on the judges?
Rather than getting prepared and starting to learn how to play politics with decent activities rather than the noisy and arrogant method they knows, they are trying to take their arrogant out of total control module by trying to teach the judges what to deliver on the judgement day.
If the OBIDIENT fold did not change their noisy and arrogant posture, they will only remain as noise makers in the politics of Nigeria.

https://twitter.com/AustinNwabufo/status/1680434282739662848?t=WaX_LL4N5AXmFntMIfABWw&s=19

Reading through the written address of Tinubu and Shettima lawyers at the ongoing election petition tribunal led by supposed respected senior lawyer Wole Olanipekun, one can’t help but giggle at the hollowness and shallowness of their defense.

In the address, Mr Olanipekun was busy citing the case of Shagari vs Awolowo that happened as far back as 1979 under the 1979 Constitution and in election conducted by FEDECO, as our electoral commission was called then.

Since 1979, we’ve have had many reformations to our electoral laws and have even changed our constitution.

If anything, the most relevant case as far as election cases are concerned in Nigeria today, is the Supreme Court ruling in Osun in case of Oyetola vs Adeleke. This case is the most relevant because it is the only Supreme Court decision since the Electoral Act 2022 came into force.

Ironically, Mr Olanipekun surreptitiously ignored the Osun case which has a lot of similarities with the case at PEPT as they both bother on the place of technology in our election and to what degree INEC can choose to apply or ignore technology in our elections.

It is pertinent to state these things for the world to hear, read and see, so that we all keep an eye on the judiciary and see what comes out it.

Remember that it is not enough to do justice, justice must also be seen to have been done.

You can sit down at a certain corner of your comfort zone to want to teach team of eminent SANs how to defend their clients.
Everyone is fine to bring up what they taught in any way.

The way to the final decision on the election petition is very far and windy.
No one is sure of the outcomes, not even the SANs that were involved in the jurisprudence are sure of the final decision.
Someone somewhere will just sit down and dish some nonsense out to the gullible one out there.
