This Dangote refinery fuel is becoming the more you look the less you see.
Both Dangote and nnpcl are playing on Nigerians.
The worst case is that Tinubu government is not helping the matter.

Tinubu as the commander in chief of the armed forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria must take every action and necessary steps to ensure that crude oil is available for Nigeria domestic usage.
Forward sales or no Forward sales, nnpcl is required to provide crude oil for Nigeria and Nigerians.
