As one man waking up to give his own brand of what he considers restructuring.

It involves a consensus and input with all the parties involved on how to structure the country going forward.

That's the basic idea behind restructuring!

With all the trouble currently bedeviling this country......ordinary subsidy removal,he never see tbat one finish you wan come add restructuring wahala and you know how politically sensitive it is.......reno was quite apt because we already have some form of restructuring such as LG autonomy, tax reforms,state police initiative,electricity act all these all fall within the restructuring discourse......we cant have it all at once but we can gradually.
