Such that Government being the custodian can provide as in this case, facilities for sports and leisure, ONCE and for all. Ownership will then belong to the people. They will have money to enjoy and maintain these facilities.

They will have money to watch soccer matches and the soccer teams will be rich enough to maintain those stadia properly so as to break the cycle of refurbish - rundown - refurbish.

There is nothing like a well run economy. A people centric, people prospering economy. That is my slogan.
