You need to have an account with them or you pay through a relative who does.

Below are needed documents that needs to be authenticate and how to go about it :

Transcript. (For those going for B.sc)
Before you emback on your journey to Abuja for Authentication at Ministry of Education (Secretariat Abuja) you'll need
*File
*WAEC/NECO etc
*Screch Card (or better check the result and come along with 2-3 copies each and staple the Scrach card on one pair).
* Then you head to the office which is on the 8th floor of the building. They will bill you then refer you to make payment in the back and come back with the teller for submission. It could be done in a day or two.
So that's that for Ministry of Education.
