Hello Dear Nairalanders,i made costly mistake,i applied for a tier 2 visa with sponsorship, but I forgot to submit my TB certificate at the Abuja visa center,I later approached the guy who attended to me,but he said he has posted the scanned documents and that there is nothing to worry about.
Its past 15 working days as stated on their mail for visa processing but am yet to get any feed back.
What can I do at this time?
Will this amount to an outright visa refusal?

Finally I got my visa today.
Thank you everyone that helped,I got a mail from ukvi with a link to upload the ommitted document ,that was about 40 days after my application.
Visa was approved 2 days later

What type of Tier 2 visa did you applied for? Please make sure you send them an email tonight or tomorrow morning on their paid email services. God forbid they might refuse you because of that alone ooo. We're you interviewed when you went for submission?

Tier2 general visa,with sponsorship.

Hello all. I have been a silent plus lazy followers of this thread for a long while. Kudus to my inspirers mamajaz, incredible, barbie and co. I have a bnsc. I would really love to relocate. The processes seem complicated, long and scary to me. I am finding it hard determining which location between canada, US and UK to pursue. Considering the canada express entry , the proof of funds gives me chills( as i no get money) in considering the USA I Just registered with shearwater health but yet to sign contract ( as i want to be sure if it has my best interest compared to other agencies such as avant). Considering the Uk i am preparing for IELETS but some1 said UK nurses are not well paid compared to US and canada and that tax for hubby and children will cut my neck. My people sorry for long post i need advice, motivation and suggestions. Please between UK, USA and canada which has the highest and lowest benefit for nurses in terms of cost of living, salaries and other parameters. Thanks

If your plan is to leave as soon as possible,I will suggest you go for UK,the process is fast and easy.,with agencies willing to assist.most agencies for US are now doing shakara.
From UK you cab pursue US or Canada, those are expensive and more tideous.

As at may 2017,Indian visa was #97500.some people were denied, even after payment,a friend's ATT expired while waiting for Indian embassy abuja to issue a visa.

Why not opt to take the exam in Philippine their visa fee is less than#20,000.

Envertiz consultancy.its free you will not remit anything.again they will give you enough materials to prepare for the CBT exam, arrange job interviews with different hospitals, assist with visa application etc.
I used then and they are just excellent.

well am happy for you , i encountered that too with avant and i was able to sort out that by mailing the person attached to my case as well as copying the person in charge of avant immigration , also my process for i140 took about a month to get approved , reasons best known to them, but bear in mind it can take long for premium process now because of work load at uscis ,also they might take a week to respond to your mail at avant because of the same work load , i hope this is helpful and will like to communicate with u as well .

hi,thanks for your response,am just patiently waiting since they said their artoney is already working on the RFE,
PLEASE in your case was there a request for evidence from USCIS ,what was it about..
My application will be 2months by next week.

@Auschris,thank you for your responses so far.am also with avant, passed the Nclex exam in may, they filled the I 140 application same month, since then I have not got any response from them, although I was told they did premium processing,I have also sent mails to avant to know my current status but no reply from them.
Please how long does the I 140 application usually take?
What do you advice I do at this time.
