We are seeking a recognized professional Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager with a track record of sales and marketing leadership in projects of similar size and scope. This role will have oversight of all aspects of the real estate sales and marketing from the pre-development stage through the final sales. - Report on a regular basis to ownership with all status reports, including marketing analysis, sales results, and milestone progression for the projects.
- Development of marketing and sales materials to include social media, print, and digital channels as appropriate.
- In conjunction with leadership, help develop price points for all projects.
- Responsible for the initiation of new ideas and programs designed to further enhance the ability to expand the market to sell real estate, memberships, and to increase the overall utilization and profitability of the destination.
- Infuse the highest levels of energy, professionalism, and goal-oriented results across the entire sales and marketing team.
- Work with clients to facilitate their exposure to the projects and to guide the process to a successful conclusion.

Experience / Education

Master’s degree in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, or advertising
