My son also hates the steam thing. He does as if someone is strangling him and he will be kicking and struggling with eyes wide open as if he's about to pass out. So I decided that I won't do it anymore.
What has worked for me so far is closed windows like the other mama said. Then I rub Mentholatum on his chest, feet, back, and sides. I wear him a short sleeved bodysuit, then a long-sleeved bodysuit or shirt or I wear a long-sleeved bodysuit and a short sleeved shirt or I wear him a body suit and sweater(you can create your own combo) then cap, and thick Trousers and thick socks. Then I mix small Shea butter with Mentholatum and rub on his nose from the bridge to the top of his nostrils(don't put Mentholatum inside his nose please. Only at the top) I use the saline drops at night when he's sleeping. Then I make sure he sleeps with a sweater on!
Right now the cough is gone and so is the cold

hi mums. plz wat can i do to my bruised nipples. my baby boy sucked it sore right from the 4th day i delivered him and its been a month now .my nipples isnt healing at all.it gets bruised each time he sucks and its giving me fever and severe pains.

av used luke warm salt water to mop d nipples and applyed mentholatum but still no improvement.

how can my nipples heal?
my sons gums is sharp and firm.hes aggresive when about sucking.

Sometimes I feel like including "married" in my cv is what is not giving me a job. But then again, it's always best they know these things first hand before they say you lied

I know we will both get a job.

It hasn't been easy taking care of a hyperactive toddler and a demanding baby,may God strengthen me.
My fellow team #April 2017# hope we and our los are good? Hope they are sleeping, eating and playing well? Be reminded about our third TT injection to be taken 6months after the second one, I took mine in December and due for the next one, so my fellow teamies calculate when you took the last one and remember to go for the third, note that if you take the five doses complete you are covered for life whether you get pregnant after or not. So pls let's endeavor to go take it in this month.
Some of us didn't share our birth stories haba pls share and let others learn one or two things from there,even if they no learn share for the fun and joy you brought to this beautiful world its well ooo.

Try baby tribotan. Though a combination of baby tribotan and agnesia powder was what worked for us

See how 3 months don turn to 8months. The way time runs eee. My hubby friends and family keep yabbing him DT by now they know d wife belle go don heavy. Each time they tell him DT, he puts d phone on speak out.

He will be doing his sperm culture and count tommorow after 4 days of abstinence. Must he gboola ncha( self service) to get it? He says sometimes, he does self service for up to 3 hours b4 ejaculating. Any other way out?

To the glory of God my prince charming came to this beautiful world yesterday(sunday) weighing 3.8kg to grace us. Hmmm I couldn't stand labour pain ooo opted for cs straight at just 2cm after virginal examination, doctor begged me to wait a little so he can help me do sweep membrane I no hear. Didn't know labour pain is this painful, abeg cs all d way for me( I have very low threshold for pain). I wish all remaining mamas easy and stressfree delivery/according to your heart desires. Still coming with my full birth story. Make I rest small.

^^ Nawa o. Thanks so much for that info @Gr8fulHeart . I have sent the link to some mothers on my WhatsApp. I use to think palm oil is for neutralizing the poison. Didn't know its used to try and make the child vomit out the poison. If this is the case, then like the doctor advised, milk (lots of it) can do the neutralizing and work better to counter poison effect. Milk ordinarily neutralizes drugs. And yes, plenty of water will dilute the harmful substance. What a waste of life. May he RIP.

Sorry dear. I experienced this annoying left sided headache in my 1st preg and PCM ws not working. I almost chopped off my hair cos of it. Wat I did: switch off my phone for a while; turned off the lights in my room, placed a cold cloth on my forehead, drank plenty water, and tried to have Enuf sleep. Also, I stopped rushing out of bed. Wen I wake up, I sit for about 5mins b4 I stand up.
