My join family visa for critical skill was refused based on insufficient evidence of relationship. I submitted on the 7th of Dec 2022. I will appeal the decision I just want to know how long the appeal will take.

That’s really sad to hear 💔 I’m not sure but the timeframe for resubmission is usually within 2 months starting from the refusal date. Were you applying for your husband or De facto partner ? Please I’d like to know what supporting documents you submitted too.

I received mail that my Joint spouse VISA has been approved. Please, how can I get my passport to the embassy so that the VISA can be inserted into the passport and how will I get my document that was sent back to me. all their line is not going through.

I would also like to know how long your waiting time was? Did you marry your spouse after he got to Ireland or before? Does he have a CSEP as well?
