Religion / Re: 10 Good Reasons Not To Be A Jehovah's Witness. Any Idea? by Grange: 8:15am On Feb 18, 2011
Hey, thanks 4 the reasons. I noticed the reasons given are invariably ok but I need a more stronger reasons like a Biblical counter-argument for any or all of their dogmas posed as doctrinal argument based on d Bible. I'll deeply appreciate it. Thanks.
Religion / 10 Good Reasons Not To Be A Jehovah's Witness. Any Idea? by Grange: 8:19am On Feb 16, 2011
I've observed over the years as a Jehovah's Witness that almost virtually every other christian denomination hates or dislikes Jehovah's Witnesses. Any idea on the reason for the consensus on the hatred of Witnesses?
Romance / Please Help, My Mom Or My Girl? I Love Em Both! by Grange: 12:40am On Dec 27, 2010
I'm is a deep state of chaos and confusion. I'm a Jehovah's Witness but in deeply in love and engaged to a Roman Catholic. I recently informed my staunch Jehovah's Witness parents and in the heated conversation and disagreement that followed, both of my parents disagreed and my mum actually fainted immediately after because she was deeply disappointed. We frantically ran around and resuscitated her. I'm now in a serious dilemma as to my next line of action. I'm so confused. I love my mum and I love my girl too. What should I do?
Religion / Interdenominational Marriage, Why Prohibited By Many Parents? by Grange: 12:25am On Dec 27, 2010
Please help, I'm a Jehovah's witness but in love with and engaged to a Roman Catholic. My parents forbid the marriage and stated it is only going to take place over their dead bodies. What should I do?

@ Poster
TAKE NOTE THAT THE STORY AS REPORTED BY NEXT AND REFERRED TO BY YOU DOES NOT REPRESENT THE TRUTH ABOUT THE DECISION OF THE COURT.
THE NEXT NEWS PAPER WAS TOO HASTY TO PUBLISH THE ALLEGED STORY WITHOUT VERIFYING THE FACTS. IT HAS REALIZED ITS ERRORS AND HAS CORRECTED SAME.

@unix4real: just listen 2 your own ramblings. Boy, u are really missing the UK.
@poster: If you are frustrated with life, simply ask for professional help or lets know your problem and we will thrash it here in Nairaland. Don't blame your problems on the UK and be rest assured that Nigeria is the least place you want to be especially if you don't have money! Why in hell did you in back to the UK?
Family / Re: Keyamo, Wife Fight Over Custody Of 2 Children by Grange: 10:25am On Oct 06, 2009
@Olanajim, Festus is a rogue Jehovah's Witness grin. But me think we should hear both sides of the stories . I mean we ought to hear his story and the wife's story before we can say anything cheesy. Even Jehovah's witnesses permit divorce where either party to a marriage has committed adultery smiley. They also permit separation where the conduct of a party to a marriage puts the physical and spiritual life of the other party in jeopardy smiley.
Politics / Re: The Nigerian Bar Association And Aondoakaa by Grange: 5:33pm On Oct 03, 2009
@Nezan, granted, all the names you mentioned have contributed in no small measure to the seemingly insurmountable mountain of graft and corruption bedevilling Naija. Andoaka deserves trailerloads of criticism for his numerous and innumerable transgressions against the rule of law and especially as the chief law officer of this country. His ineptitude is appalling and this is made worse by his numerous hasty comments which demonstrate not only his lack of tact but also his unforgiveable ignorance of the laws he is meant to protect. He should be fired and duely prosecuted. He deserves what will surely come to him after he steps down from power

Adverts / Get A Lawyer For Free by Grange: 5:07pm On Aug 23, 2009
Anyone with an idea on how one can get a Nigerian lawyer for free? I have often wondered about how one can get a free legal advice on one's rights especially to give advice on how to deal with the frequent harassment by the Nigerian police angry or even when one is entering an agreement or on anything at all that one can need a lawyers opinion on without having to pay or visit a lawyer grin. I mean the advice should be free and accessible on-line cheesy. Anyone with an idea should not hesitate to send a post or link lipsrsealed. The only site I have seen so far is this kiss:

https://sites.google.com/site/freelegaladvicenow/

Members should come up with more sites and post same.
