@emmaniche use 10.804 H 30.000 to track, then always check tp 11.294 H 45.000, one u have signal upto 70% u are done, then scan new mytv with 12.521 H 30.000

@Mtchris all the MBC are currently working now as i post, with signal of 64%

@all in the house, all the channels on 34w are off at the time of this my post (showing No or Band signal) is it general?

Receivers with stb (set top box) are presently going extinct. Manufacturers of satellite receivers are now using bin (binary which is interpreted as 0 and 1) software to manufacture satellite receiver because they believe that it is better than stb softwares. Bin performes more operations than stb. So you better start trusting the bin softwares but if I may ask, does your DX9800 receiver uses stb software?

No it uses .bin software, remember it is not a strong product, example you cant compare Nokia android operating system with Tecno android operating system cos they are not exaltly the same.

If am going to buy .bin strong decoder i will just go for srt 4950H, but i will never attempt to go for 4950 or M.

U can still go for 4950 series if u still need ur local channels, that's wat I use currently and its been awesome, strong decoders are d best no matter wat anyone says, be it living in the past or stone age.

@IfyKings, i bought srt 4950 2 years ago fairly used and no engineer has tempered with it, what amazed me was that it use to take up to 2 mins to switch disecq , when i put channels on multi tv it will take a while before there will be signal, i bought srt 4955 for my client for sport 24, the signal was flutuating but i plug my 4922A it will be normal, i returned it and collect D-sat DX9800 and it worked perfectly, so all these .bin strong decoders i dont trust them.

Thank God, you have moved on from Strong bondage! I will never touch those decoders with even a long spoon. Many people are still living in the past.

@Emmachile, the reason am still talking about strong is becos of those local channels, where will i get those channels free of charge, without having 2.4m dish?, i know that so many chinese decoders have superb picture quality, i have 2 60cm dish for 28e, 16e and 5e, and also 1.8m dish for sport 24, that just the reason i still like strong, am just giving them 2 weeks to release the software otherwise am going for vinsat XV9800 in two weeks time.

So there is no way to make manual car to become an automatic car, so that is the end of the road for srt 4922 series on sport 24, am really tired of waiting for autorol software.

The precedure to nail MBC with multi tv using one lnbf on 60cm dish, track multi tv to get maximum signal, then loose the elevation nut, put MBC TP; start raising ur dish upward gradually u will hit green on mbc, make sure u share the signal appropriately to have fair signal on both sat, the same procedure apply on old mytv and champions tv. respectively.

I discovered that the reason why nailing 7e and 5e on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf seem to be impossible is that the two sat has different lnb skew, the right lnb skew for 7e is 6 0clock while the one for 5e is 5 0clock, but when u talk of 28e and 26e is very much possible on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf is because both sat has the same lnb skew that is 9 0clock or 8 0clock, gurus whats ur take on this, any other way out?

I installed version 198 p of 4922 softwres and i did not see any change, what problem does this software meant to solve?

Since the release of software of 4922A version 198P, it seems that autorol software is imposible to program, because all the autorol softwares they have released so far are all for .bin decoders, not even one autorol software for .stb decoders, i think this is the end of the road for 4922 series, pls guys in the house should forward this post to wizkid the software maker.

I think we should all forget about sammer009 and focus on Hewizkid for autorol software on 4922 cos the guy is just dishing out software

@Odilibe, i have tried several time to attach 7e and 5e together on 60cm dish no result, and i know that these two satellite can be tracked with 60cm, is it because they are too close to each other?

Thanks for your response.
All my lnbs are strong types. I used the old long strong Lnb for 16e, the new short HD strong for MultiTv and the old Long strong Lnb for MyTV.

@lincolnola, make sure ur signal quality on multi tv TP 12.525 V 30.000 is up to 75% upward before u can hit green on 12.595 V 30.000, and again plug the lnbf cable that is pointing at multi tv to diseqc swith port 1 and see how it works out, remember to reconfigure ur diseqc ports on ur decoder to match with the new connection.

I will do just that when light comes back, but am not really sure if the fault is from the diseq as it is working for the 3 Sats I combined just that some TPs are not green at all

@lincolnola, as long as ur old mytv channels are working especially TP 12.722 H 26.657, thats means ur cable and diseqc swith are perfectly ok, the lnbf is the fault, and i think u are using startime black lnbf, cos using the mention lnbf this TP 11.595 V 30.000 will never turn green, try and use strong short neck lnbf and give testimony to the house, thanks

I want to be clearified about this mytv card pairing issue:I paired a yellow card to my 4922 but I'm using the card on 4669x;can I still pair another yellow card to the same 4922?

you allowed to activate only two cards on a single HD decoder, and the card can be used on any strong decoder, except 4940, 4935, 4675, 4672, these ones are mytv pay tv decoders, u can also use the activated card on Q-sat Q11G to open those local channels.
