Hello,
Please if I have full scholarship(masters) plus a grant from the school that covers my living expenses, do I still need to submit bank statement or worry about it?

I believe you can use Dad or Mom if you are a fresh graduate or have few years of job experience but if you are older than 30 or so then I will advise you on self sponsor.
