Bashiru Adeyanju, 55 has told a Magistrates’ Court in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, that he and two native doctors raped his teenage daughter because he wanted to become rich.

Adeyanju who was arraigned by police authorities on September, 11, confessed to his monstrous atrocity of rape against his daughter.

The dad admitted to perpetrating the evil, nine times for money ritual but insisted that he and the native doctors raped his 17 year old daughter.

“We were three people that committed this crime, but I’m surprised that I was the only one police charged to court” -he said during his rather pathetic attempt to make sure he was not the only one being sentenced.

Magistrate to the ruling court, Mrs. Dolapo Akosile, said: “Don’t worry, others will soon be brought to court” as she vehemently reassured.

According to the accused, he used a white handkerchief to wipe the private part of his daughter after having intercourse with her; an instruction given to him by the native doctors who performed the money ritual.

The police prosecutor, Sergeant Monica Ikebuilo, revealed the Section 31(2) of the Ekiti State Child Rights Law had been violated by Adeyanju. She sought an adjournment for the issuance of legal advice from the office of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).

The plea of the accused was rejected even as his counsel, Mr. Simon Ojo, pleaded for a date of adjournment from the court pending the issuance of the legal advice.

Putu Careen’s feet were hacked off with a machete by her jealous husband who accused her of cheating; and what’s more, the dastardly act was carried out in front of her two young children.



Putu, 33 who works as a housekeeper in Canguu, Bali, South East Asia was mutilated in an alcohol-fueled rage in one of the most “vile and vindictive” acts of violence. Horrific photos show the huge weapon believed to have been used in the attack at her house, left behind in a blood-soaked courtyard.



Local police say the suspect ‘regretted’ his attack and drove his wife to a hospital on his Vario moped after inflicting the shocking injuries. Upon arrival Mrs Careen was pictured in agony on a hospital bed, with her bloodied legs bandaged as doctors battle to save her life.



Her children, who witnessed the horrendous scene, are aged just nine and thirteen years old.When police arrived at the scene they found a shirt, shorts and a towel stained with blood.

Badung Police Chief Yudith Satriya Hananta told local media a machete had been used in the bloody crime, with a 31cm blade and a 15cm handle.



Speaking to the Tribun Bali, he said, “The left leg of the victim broke from the ankle, while the victim’s right leg almost broke with a cut on the shin.”

The 36-year-old suspect has been detained by the police while an appeal has been launched to raise money for the victim’s care.

A woman in her 20s has been found naked and distressed in the street, days after being allegedly kidnapped close to a Tube station. The Metropolitan Police said the victim was approached by two men in a silver car close to Ealing Broadway station.

The woman was missing until August 22, when she was found around a mile away in West Ealing and helped by another woman. According to Scotland Yard, the woman was in a distressed state and required clothing as well as medical treatment.

Police are trying to find the Good Samaritan, thought to be in her late teens or early 20s, who has an Irish accent and purple hair. A spokesman for the Met said,

‘The driver was an Asian man, aged in his late 20s.

In the passenger seat was a white male, described as being tanned, aged in his early 20s. The passenger – who was known to the woman – got out of the car and pulled the woman into the back seat before getting in with her. All three then drove away.’

A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with investigation and has been bailed until later this month as inquiries continue.

Aung Thu, from Myanmar, Bangkok stabbed his estranged wife to death in front of shoppers and police at a community market in Phetchaburi’s Khao Yoi district, China on Monday night.

Thu was arrested at about 8pm after he stabbed Zin War Year, 35, six times in the abdomen, throat and head. The scene of the attack was near a police booth.

Shoppers alerted police at the booth. When police arrived at the scene of the attack, Aung Thu stabbed his estranged wife a final time and was arrested.

According to police statement, the victim worked at Cal-Comp Electronics. She separated from Aung Thu two months ago because he allegedly beat her out of jealousy.

On Monday night, police said Aung Thu confronted his estranged wife in front of a mobile phone shop after she had bought a phone. He carried a knife he had just bought.

Witnesses told police that a quarrel ensued between Aung Thu and the victim and Thu knocked her to the ground, stomped on her chest and stabbed her.

Corey Grills has been arrested for his frequent violent attacks which includes gouging out his pregnant Bundaberg girldriend’s eyes and choking her. Just hours before the assaults, she had found him in a bedroom with a gun.

Judge Brendan Butler SC told the father-to-be “It would be a terrible thing if she or her unborn child had died that night,”

The 28-year-old attacker pleaded guilty in the District Court at Bundaberg to unlawfully choking the woman at 2:30am on April 16 in a domestic relationship, unlawful assault causing bodily harm, and contravening a domestic violence order.



Crown prosecutor Carly Whelan, said the woman was 11 weeks pregnant and in a volatile relationship with Grills. At the time he was subject to a domestic violence order under which he was not to have any contact with her unless he had her permission in writing. Ms Whelan said the woman had earlier walked into a bedroom and saw Grills holding a gun and convinced him to put it down.

They had gone out with friends and after returning home around 2:30am, an argument ensued between the duo. Grills pushed her on to the bed and put his hand around her throat and applied pressure for 15-20 seconds.

Whelan said, “She used the last of her breath to say she couldn’t breathe and had been close to losing consciousness. She rolled and he lost his grip.”

Grills put her in a headlock, his right hand around her neck and his left hand covered her mouth and nose. He punched her left eye with a fist, delivered punches to the back of her head and “gouged both her eyes with his fingers”.

Ms Whelan said he used a balled-up towel to cover her face but stopped assaulting her when she told him she thought she had lost her baby, but kept a tight grip to prevent her leaving.

The woman suffered bruising to both eyes, face and neck, and scratches to her neck and back, and felt pain to her throat, saying it was painful to swallow. She could only speak in a whisper as her throat had been hurt.

Grills was arrested on April 18 following a six-hour stand-off with police but had not been charged. Judge Brendan Butler said it was clear from Grills’ criminal history drugs were a significant factor.

The Judge said the facts show it to be a prolonged and significant example of abuse, where Grills seems to have returned to choking in various forms in the course of his conduct.

At least 13 people have been confirmed dead and about 50 injured in what Authorities have described as a terrorist attack at Las Ramblas Historical Area, Barcelona.

A white van, according to reports, plowed into crowds of people in the Las Ramblas area which is normally very busy with tourists.



Witnesses said that the van made its way down the avenue running down pedestrians as they tried to flee from the rampaging vehicle.

Reports state that The Islamic State Terror Group have claimed responsibility for the attack on Barcelona .



The man behind the wheel of the white van, initially tried to escape on foot but was soon tracked down and arrested by the Spanish police.

The suspect has been identified as Driss Oukabi -who allegedly rented the van that was used in the attack on Barcelona.



More suspects have popped up all over the police radar as it is not quite clear how many were involved in the attack. One suspect was even shot down in a shoot out with the Catalan Police while resisting arrest.



A manager at an 18th century building, LA Palau Moja, claimed she saw the horror caused by the van. The manager who goes by the name of Carol Augustin said:

“We saw everything. People started screaming and running into the office. It was such a chaotic situation. There were families with children. The police made us close the doors and wait inside.”



This is not the first time a vehicle has been used in a terror attack. Since July 2016, there have been confirmed vehicle attacks on pedestals across Europe, killing over a hundred people in Berlin, London, Nice and Stockholm.

The singer disclosed she was afraid to leave her house and the Instagram account linking to her work has been deactivated following the online abuse. Comments on her YouTube page was also disabled .

The video for her latest single, All Your Friends has more than 250,000 views. Comments including death threats as well as racist and sexist abuse has been removed.

“I actually didn’t want to remove the comments because I wanted people to see that this type of thing still goes on. I’ve been a public figure in Norway for about six years so I am used to getting a lot of hate, But I really didn’t think people would care about the guy’s skin colour in my video.



The singer admitted she had thoughts of the music video provoking some due to it’s lyrics and not who was featured.

In the video she sings about sleeping with an ex-boyfriend’s friends – as an act of revenge.

“I always write from experience and it’s based on an actual relationship but the bit about what I’d do to his friends isn’t true.

“It’s more about wanting to take revenge on someone who’s hurt you,” she said.

The reality TV star turned singer says the experience hasn’t put her off using black models or actors in the future. “You know my friends who are black got really sad because they were questioning like, ‘Are we worth less?’

Also I’m really sad for my parents because they are worried about me and I don’t want them to see things like this.”

Sophie Elise says she’s also spoken to the actor in the video who’s aware of the controversy.

This case was reported by a facebook group -Ikorodu Ambassadors Group and it reportedly occurred at  Kasoleri area, close to Agbala Itura, Ikorodu.

According to reports, the alleged Pedophile, came visiting after he had moved out of the neighborhood sometime ago.

His former neighbors received him with arms wide open and a warm heart only for him to betray them when he lured one of their daughters away and was caught trying to force himself on the six year old girl in an Uncompleted building.

A baby boy, born with excess limbs has been saved by a surgeon in Indian, before the family carried out the decision to have him thrown into the river.

Kuli Bai the 22 year old mother of the baby, delivered in her home in a small village in Pindwara, located in northern Indian.

Kuli’s family were thrown into shock following the birth defect, and decided to have the baby thrown into the river.

The incident spread across the village where it was told to a local surgeon at Matra Chhaya Hospital. The surgeon, 35-year-old Bahrat Pal Danda immediately sent an ambulance to transport the mother and child to the hospital.

The cause of the medical condition was the growth of a parasitic twin through the newborn.

The baby’s extra limbs were removed by the hospital for free.

The mother to 5 children had put in:

“My son said ‘you can’t do fun things anymore, can you?’- I can’t do active things like climbing up a hill or going on a bouncy castle with my kids; My employer has allowed me to work from home with a laptop, but we are vastly short of paramedics. I have to use a catheter to empty my bladder, and get constant urinary infections”.

A spokesman for the Liverpool Women’s Hospital, where she had attempted the surgery, said:

“Liverpool Women’s treats every patient individually and surgical procedures are only ever performed with the patient’s best interest in mind”.

He had also welcomed that women facing issues after their diverse procedures are welcome to discuss their issues with the practitioners as a part of continued care and treatment.

Fidel Lopez, 26 has been arrested and sentenced over the murder of his girlfriend, Maria Nemeth for calling out her ex-husband’s name twice during sex.

Lopez told investigators he turned into a monster after Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name twice as the couple was in the throes of an alcohol-fueled rough sex session in their apartment closet.

He also confessed to disemboweling the deceased by pulling her intestines out.

He told police that Nemeth was so drunk that she passed out after their sexual encounter and he mutilated her body. He claimed to feel remorseful afterwards and tried waking her up by splashing water on her face but she never gained consciousness.

He then washed the blood from his hands so he could smoke a cigarette on the balcony, then he called 911 when he returned to find that she wasn’t breathing.

Police arrived to find Lopez laying next to his girlfriend crying for help. Signs of struggle were also noticed, including a shattered glass door and several holes that had been punched into the walls. Blood and chunks of body tissue were strewn throughout the couple’s apartment.

After his arrest, Lopez pleaded not guilty but changed his plea to avoid the death penalty but the plea bargain does not include parole and he will be serving a life sentence.

Derrick Mutambuka assaulted a woman in the street after becoming ‘sexually aroused’ in a Sunderland nightclub in December 2015 when he was 17. He went on to rape another woman in an alleyway, inflicting 34 injuries on her as she screamed for help.

According to reports, when he was stopped by passers-by, he only paused to kick and spit blood at them.

Derrick who is from Rwanda, left the bar and began chatting up the victim on the street. When she appeared disinterested in his advances, he pushed her against some shop shutters and proceeded to force his hands down her pants.

A passer-by came to her rescue and walked her home but Derrick was undeterred. He followed the duo back to her address and peered through her letterbox.

Newcastle Crown Court heard how just a short while later, the defendant then saw another woman on the street and dragged her into an alley and proceeded to rape her. The assault went on for minutes until a second man came to her rescue.

Prosecutor, Andrew Espley said, “This was a prolonged and sustained attack.”

He went on to say

“There was a significant degree of planning. He wanted it to happen and took steps to make sure it didn’t happen and took steps to make sure that it did happen. He was a man that would not be deterred. Others were present and witnesses the victims’ ordeal. The victims were alone and vulnerable.”

One of the rape victims suffered 34 injuries during the attack, including reddening, abrasion and tenderness on her head, face, neck, legs, chest and genitals.

The assailant was sentenced to nine years and nine months in prison.

24-year old Oluchi Emeobi has been arrested by the Anambra State police command for selling her 2 months old baby for N250, 000.

Oluchi hails from Nnewi North LGA of Anambra State.

She conspired with another lady identified as Nchedochi Richard aged 26, to sell the baby to a popular lady known as First lady . The said lady is now at large.

To cover her heinous crime Oluchi reported the incident at the police division that her baby was stolen from her by an unidentified woman whom she left the baby in her care

“Exhibits recovered from the principal suspect include; Sum of N250,000, cash and One Motorcycle the suspect allegedly bought with part of the money realised from the sale of her baby”, he said. .

He Commissioner said the matter was still under investigation and that effort was being made to arrest the fleeing suspect and recover the baby.

24-year old Oluchi Emeobi has been arrested by the Anambra State police command for selling her 2 months old baby for N250, 000.

Oluchi hails from Nnewi North LGA of Anambra State.

She conspired with another lady identified as Nchedochi Richard aged 26, to sell the baby to a popular lady known as First lady . The said lady is now at large.

Whatever is wrong with the Nigerian UBER service should be investigated swiftly and thoroughly.

Another Nigerian Lady has taken to Instagram to share her sister’s sad ordeal at the hands of a different UBER driver from the case we had just recently on the creepy UBER driver.

‘I got robbed on Tuesday the 27th of June using uber in Lagos. The driver took me off my route to a very lonely dark spot. He had enough time to leave the place. He just stopped the car meanwhile the engine was still running. A guy emerged from no where peeping into the car I told him dis guy is dangerous please leave. He looked at the guy and kept on looking at his phone.

The bad guy came with another guy smashed both the windows from behind the left and right respectively. I sustained multiple cuts. They went away with my valuables. Uber is sayingthey ain’t going to compensate me for my loss and horrific experience. I had to arrest the Uber driver, the case is in court’.’Uber is a win win organisation. Just for the money. If you use Uber and calamity struck. You are on your own. Beware of Uber Nigeria. I’m lucky to be alive.

I am still weighing my option on how to make a case with Uber. Uber ought to takeadequate measure in ensuring the drivers are well trained and make proper background check on the drivers. Failure to do do they ought to be accountable. I am left with nothing but pain and sorrow. My crime was that I used Uber’.
