I want to enroll in NOUN, but the issue is - the name on my WAEC is different from that on my other documents.

The name on my WAEC result is OGBONNA EZE CHIBUIKE
Now my other documents bears PRINCEWILL CHIBUIKE JOHNSON.

What's the solution?

Any mediatek phone flashed with its stock firmware because of easy buy plugin or palm Pay Plugin will loose it's imei

You can write the imei back to the Phone using a imei writer on the PC

The phone also unable to dial ussd codes or make calls

The baseband of the phone is gone, which means it can’t make calls, text and chat only on wi-fi which can only assist you with wi-fi calls and chats only due to the disservice of phone baseband.

first of all, don't be worried. PSN actually stands for Product Serial Number which is just like your IMEI. Notice that it's about 15 digits long. This is same thing as IMEI which is also 15 digits long.
