Having naming ceremony on the 8th day is a cultural norm. So religion should not be mixed up with culture when it comes to naming.
You can decide to follow the islamic norm, if it is suitable for you.

Misplaced priority.why can't they wait for the total completion of the project ,then run on a subsidized amount for sometime to encourage people to use it. Every free thing in this part of our world is never manage well because it will be over crowded.

It's a welcome development if the levy will be used for the purpose its meant for. And probably some parent who are negligence of their children or ward academic because it is free would start paying attention to their child/children performances in public schools. Abi would I pay money and won't see result?
