On october 7,2015. I deposited #500 on . But I found out that my merrybet account was not credited. Whereas, the money has been debited from my bank account. I called their customer support and I was told they have problem with interswitch that it will be funded in less than 24 hours. But i've waited for more than 5 days now and yet my account has not been credited. if i call their customer support they will reject my call and put it on call forwarding. I mailed them, no reply. I messaged them, same thing. what is really going on? the money may be small but this should not be happening. I was highly disappointed as I really trust the website. And I'm afraid to even make a larger deposit.
