For this quoted part, that's only applicable in an ongoing case. In that case, it makes sense.

But when something is done and in the past, their reason given doesn't make sense. In fact in some cases, it is very necessary to be able to access publicly available records, of some or many types of crime.

Since you said criminal and not civil I think your best bet would be trying to see if you can find a Nigerian that works in the Met office either online or through contacts in the UK. There will definitely be a central database police will have access too.

Like on average, selling the product itself, which gives the highest yield?
Either by virtue of average price of the product in the market, or/and primarily via its output per plot by the nature of how the plant/crop is.

I know that this hackers have gotten to a point now that they will get access eithout you knowing at all. It won't show on your wall, profile/page or point of view. (But they may leave a mark, sometimes. Not visible to you even, sometimes. )

My point is what can I do to completely eliminate this, apart from 2FA and all.

I'm aware that one shouldn't click any uncertain links at all, especially some very funny looking links, or any obviously scam/Hack links.
And I'm very careful on Facebook generally. But still have to use it very frequently especially in recent times, for many matters, networking, connection, Business etc.

It says I posted this (see attached image), whereas I did not.
I saw a warning twice before, didn't really pay attention to it then, I thought maybe it's from one of those numerous groups I'm in and always posting in. Something about "content taken down for nudity or against community guidelines". (Obviously I would never do that).
Then I saw another third time today, early this morning I think, while using Facebook, and I immediately sensed that my account is being hacked... someone is trying to hack in to my account.
I went to my profile, saw nothing, no activity.

Those of you very experienced with this situation, please comment all you know on this.
I have changed my password changed already. Logged out all devices. I have notifications ON for when anyone Logs in on the account.
