Maxcollins042:You dey mind the old man ![]() They're shouting change while their actions show that they're actually putting people in chain. |
Yes, we can see the change, we can see it from the prices of consumables, 50kg of rice is now between 20k and 22k. Kerosene is no longer affordable, we have "changed" from using kerosene stove to sawdust filled tins, which was first used during Abacha time, hence the name....."abacha stove". Those using cooking gas have "changed" to the use of coal pots, since cooking gas is no longer affordable. Yes, we can see the changes, even with the price of garri, normally, this is the time the price of garri is normal slashed, but "change" had affected it, instead of the price reducing, it has doubled, thanks to change. Change can also be seen in how people are losing their jobs on daily basis, it has never been this bad, all join, na change cause am. In fact, all the common things needed by common man are no longer affordable, all na "change" and it's effect. Dollar scarcity nko, change don reach im side too. But honestly, this change APC is giving us is not desirable at all at all. I'm sure that next time, when Nigerians hear about change, they will ask which type of change is being talked about. |
I still maintain that this administration led by PMB has reached the zenith of nepotism. No any past Nigeria President has reached this highest point of nepotism since independence. |
Denying what is obvious for everyone in the country to see ![]() Isn't that tantamount to calling us all blind ![]() Please, that people are not reacting much doesn't mean we're all blind, we only want peace in the country. |
nedu2000:Lol.......see jealousy o |
I just hope the money will end up in the hands of those who will use it for what it actually meant for, and not in the pockets of some few selected politicians. |
shamecurls:Honestly, they won't like it, but I hope it isn't their product that is repackaged sha. |
This is encouraging! Hoping to see more in the market, because rice is the most consumed food in this country. |
Next time, he will learn to behave civil both inside and outside the country. |
My role model! Still finding it difficult to believe this great woman is actually gone! May her soul continue to rest in perfect peace. |
I don't believe this! He killed himself because of #350million. I pity the wife and his daughter he left behind in pains and agony. May God give his family the fortitude to bear the pain and loss. |
Since the campaign started, i have not seen the APC candidate campaigning for and by himself. I find it extremely difficult to believe that Oshiomole is not campaigning for himself. Obviously, this man is hiding something. |
Yorubas say "omo kii rin owo kan" simply meaning children are not the same. To the glory of God, I'm an experience mother and I can confidently tell you that I have them all in different types, the extremely cool one, the extra over extremely active one, the one in the middle, the hostile one........ The funniest of it all is that each one of them is distinct in his or her own way, and there is a time or day you'll definitely need each of them, without any need of comparison. And the secret is that, they complement one another. What to do...........Love them equally. Stop comparing them. Appreciate their strengths. Be free with them individually and collectively. Teach them to love and complement each other. Teach them to appreciate each other. The truth is that you're so lucky to have them in different types. Thank God for that. |
SirJeffry:I perceive it's already getting to that, but I'll prefer if we're civil about it all. Honestly, this APC did bite more than what they could chew in terms of their promises made. |
This Fayose man is a typical example of what Yoruba's call "Agidi ba oogun je" The man too bold mehn! |
APC has pushed the youths to the wall. During their campaign time, they said they knew how bad everything is and that they have the solution to all the problems, we voted for them, believing they actually did, now they are challenging us, abeg, challenge dey for Ibadan in Oyo state joor. |
blueto:Are you sure a US citizen will go and break laws in another country and if convicted, such a person will be exculpated by the US government ![]() I doubt it, because they also don't play with their laws there. |
Well, personally to me, I believe they already know the punishment for such offence before embarking on it. Their types are the ones who put other Nigerians in diaspora in negative limelight. I really can't blame Indonesia, because it's already in their law, and nobody is above the law, they follow their law without sentiments and favouritism, unlike Nigeria where some people are above the law. Since they're bold enough to commit the offence which they are already aware of its punishment, they should be bold enough to face the punishment. Normally, this should serve as deterrent to others who might be thinking towards that direction in the future, but unfortunately, some will still trek that path. No thanks to our lawlessness in the country. |
Very hilarious! |
Simply because they are ashamed of the type of change they're giving Nigerians. May God help them to progress o. |
frubben:And unfortunately, that's what the so called MOGs have turned to. Very very disturbing for those who know what true discipleship is. |
genuineone:And where exactly did you see fighting for God in this my post. Is condemning an evil act equals to fighting for God. You lots just like twisting people's words to suit your hypocrisy. |
What I can see from this your post @op is envy and bitterness. Why this type of question? Both of you have done wonderfully well according to each capability and affordability. |
Funniest joke! From Akwa Ibom? Even if PMB wants to adopt, it can't be from that region. |
Good gesture! Still because of the proximity of Ogun state to Lagos state. |
The proximity of Ogun state to Lagos state is really paying off. Nice gesture! |
Badgers14:The truth is that Oshiomole knew what he was doing when he was the NLC President, he wasn't really fighting with those in power then and he wasn't really as well fighting for the workers too. It was all a charade. He was using that NLC President office then to gain more popularity for himself. He knew what he was doing all along. He only used those charade fightings with the then government to fool the masses and achieve his aim. Then, he would come to national TV in the daytime to brag and insult the government and in the night, he and those he was insulting during the day will wine and dine in good hotels, making jest of the masses who believed in him. If not for his popularity while he was the NLC president, where and how can he find himself as a state governor. Oshiomole has taught me never to believe in any union leader again. |
Oksman:Your last statement says it all. Love, holiness and service to humanity are no longer preached again, it's now all about money, worldly materials, seeds, material sacrifices. Even in the church, no matter how devoted and committed you are, once you're poor, nobody will want to be associated with you, you'll neither be appreciated nor recognized. |
Sir, nobody is asking anyone to seek vengeance, all that is being asked is that such acts should be vehemently condemned publicly. Your silence sir, as well as that of other great MOGs in this country reeks of either cowardice or hypocrisy or both. Not condemning the acts at all makes these evil doers to see us as not valuing ourselves and such gives them the audacity to continue. |
This is creative! Its actually beautiful. I love it. Its better for someone to do what s/he can afford. |
The truth is that many of them are wallowing in hypocrisy. Their hypocrisy stinks to high heavens. They don't want their names mentioned as mixing religion with politics, but when it is the time of campaign, they don't mind praying, fasting, anointing and jumping because of their preferred candidates. Their silence is truly annoying, not even a statement against the evils from any of them. And the next thing now is that they'll see this article as an attack to their person, when its just the undiluted truth. I'm also a Christian o, and I respect those who deserve my respect among the so called MOGs, but I hate it when hypocrisy is mixed with holiness. When one is supposed to speak out, but refuses to, the implication is that, its either such is in support of the evil done or afraid to speak out, and both are not the attributes of a real child of God. The fanatics can start attacking me o, but the truth just have to be said. And please, this is not about their national anthem of "touch not my anointed" ish o, It just the truth. |
The man in black is obviously the olopa. |
