*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations in the hotel, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide exceptional guest service.

1. Process guest transactions, including room charges and payments. Ensure accurate posting of transactions to guest accounts.
2. Prepare and review nightly reports, including revenue reports and occupancy statistics. Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
3. Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
4. Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues.
5. Ensure hotel systems, including PMS and accounting software, are functioning correctly.

*Requirements:*
- Experience in hospitality, accounting, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems.
