I have been offered admission into OAU to study Electrical/Electronic Engineering.. I'm more dan happy today.. From aspirants to great ife student. Not because of my stupid distinction i had in my ND nor my nonsense performance in OAU post utme. I'm just more dan happy today. Money spent not in vain.. I almost ran mad wen my admission status changed today in jamb website

Dis one na true o cos of those sayin na lie... April 17 is wen online registratn would begin, april 24 is wen oau expect us to come to hall of residence for harmattan semester.. Wao! Dis is interesting.. Ile Ife on point.

UPDATE: OAU to resume jan 10 2016 from d mid semester break.. 2nd list admission shouldn't be far again. Before d end of dis month or probably next month Direct Entry list would have been released.. New resumption date for 2015/2017 is no longer march 27... HAPPY NEW YEAR

Its A levels, just like diploma u wil register at an acredited center then u start recieving lectures, it last 4 nine months u would b thought ur core subjects e.g math fi6 chem, its just like 100lvl buh d diference z dat its nt a uni. Jus like a jamb class, buh u use it 2 gain admission in2 200lvl. Dy are requirements however and grades dat u must av in d exam. Medicine must av A's throughout i.e 16 points 5 points each den a bonus of 1point. 15points +1point. 4 social sciences dy must pass economics wit atleast a C i.e 3points then d oda 2 mayb d and a or whichever depending on course buh econs is compulsory credit. Hand dy pain me o 2 be continued.

Though dis is my first post on dis kids (jambites) thread ilorin... Dis issue of ijmb, not all universities accept but unilorin accepts so make ur research wel. Goodluck!

I'm very sure that total aspirants dt would apply to OAU in 2016 both UTME and DE would be very few in number cos almost everybody is now aware dt ife is not an institution to attend. They know dt OAU has lost her glory.. They know dt d worst university in Nigeria is ten times beta dan OAU.


Universities that i can recommend for someone even for my blood sister or brother include: Unilag, U.I or Funaab. These three universities rock wel.

However, some mumu people may stil fall victism to OAU if care is not taken..
