Hey guys, please i need help.

I recently signed up to a stockbroker, on signing in to their online platform. I noticed that i have UBN shares as part of my portfolio.

I thought i only had gt shares and NAL Bank as thats what my parents told me about.

Please how do i go about collecting my outstanding dividends, i do not have a share certificate or stock number for the UBN shares as my parents bought it so many years ago.
