Hey guys..please want to clarify about POF.
My pof has not been in my account for 6 months, it has been gradually increasing over the past 6 months..is this a problem?
I just read somwhere that the total money must have been in the account for 6 months consistently.
Please someone should help clarify. |

fizzile: Decision to migrate:
PROOF OF FUNDS(POF) Used 100% gift deed from my dad. This was transferred to my savings account and transfer document for that was secured. Many have been of the opinion that notarizing the gift deed isn't necessary. Personally i notarized mine. For the gift deed, i simply followed the format put up by wakanowdotcom. His post was really helpful. Other documents i submitted are: >6-month bank statement showing inflow of cash and transfer of POF. >Also got a printout of currency converter (oanda and xe.com) as at day of submission, >LOE explaining source of funds and bulk sum and, > bank reference letter. NO PAYSLIPS WAS INCLUDED. I contemplated including one, but when i got necessary advice from the likes of Tojued and Newmum0615, i had to submit my application without including payslips. Happytbaby, glitteringstar, ugoiyke79e, thanks for all your mails. I so disturbed these guys and trust me, they were of great help. Zutlin: Please is there anyone who has a space to give out at either Qlife or IOM for this week?
I know I can ask for extension on my passport submission but I don't want to. After 9 months in the clutches of AVO plus an interview, God finally released me. Hello, please call the hospital and ask, they should be able to consider you. By the way, why did you have an interview..do you mind sharing? |

GozyNA: You can invest your money in treasury bills quite alright. However, the amount you say you have isn't up to what you need as a single applicant so I don't really get your question. Yeah i hope to use the 2m to buy tbills so i dont have to show 6months statement Then get gift deed in addition |

Good day people
I got ITA a few days ago, I just realized i dont have enough POF, only got 2m as a single applicant.
Can i buy tbills with the money now..or will it be suspicious.
If using tbills do u need to prove the source.
I anticipate your guidance |

ayaade1: Hello fam,
We requested for EOR in December and got a feedback today that the result is ready ,come for pick up on Monday or Tuesday. Does it mean there's a change in the result?? We had earlier requested for EOR and the unchanged result was attached in the feedback mail as against this one we are being asked to pick up .
What do you think pls? Normally BC will not tell u if there has been a correction via email. You have to pick it up to know. Good luck |

ilekzy: I guess the problem is because of review in the POF that is to take effect this January. Although no update on CIC website but when I checked my eligibility again using a higher amount, I was found eligible. Should we just create another profile? Do one have to delete the ineligible profile before u can create another one? Pls how much did u use? |

Hey guys, welldone for keeping the thread alive. May we all have good news to share in 2019.
Pls to use tbills as proof of funds..must the tenure be short and close to maturity,?
For instance, i am in the pool at the moment can i buy tbills for a year or will it be better to buy for 3/ 6months.
Is it just the certificate that matters or tenure? |

I just finished wes and my ielts was also good, so i have created a profile now.
The issue is i want to invest money in something like farmcrowdy because i dont want the money lying in my account.
I would have considered tbills but the rates are not encouraging.
Pls advice me, the duration for the investment is 6months. Can i use something like that as proof of funds. |

ijoseda: Congratulations!
I think MSc alone is fine. I evaluated my MSc from the UK too and it took about 7weeks from start to finish (5th September to 29th October). My Spouse MSc was from University of Ibadan, and it'll be ready by 14th November (WAEC and transcript verification added two weeks to the timeline - I had to work with an insider in both organisations to get the verification done faster)
I think other credential evaluation services are faster than WES. Thats the impression I get by following this thread.
Why didn't you start the WES process earlier? Thank u for the response. I wanted to pass ielts first abeg, before committing to the process. Wow..7 weeks is quite long o. Didnt know it takes that long. Please which one is the fastest company...does any know? |
