O2 commiserate with santana market women losses, due to fire outbreak 9jatrendingnews reports

The Santana market along the Sapele road in Benin City was razed down by an inferno more than 48 hours ago, the O2 campaign team paid a courtesy to the market head to register her grievances that after 48 hours no major visit has been made to the scene and not succor has been given to the market women.
The market women were seen in clusters discussing and evaluating their losses, the market was razed down on Saturday night and till date the governor of the state is yet to visit the market to make commitments to the renovation and rebuilding of the market and as well make a move to alleviate the sufferings of the market women .
On landing at the market, the O2 team assured the market women that it was the responsibility of government to attend to their yearnings and ensure their market was rebuilt and it was a great injustice to have left the market on attended over 48hrs.
9jatrendingnews gathered that, Arb. Osaro Louis described the act as a “calculated miscarriage of justice “ and such goes to show that the people truly didn’t matter till election time . He urged the market women no to lose faith and that the O2 was with them in this bad time.
As at press time , smokes and destroyed materials were seen, market women and men were still trying to savage the left over of their shops, the women were seen crying on camera for help to government and those in diaspora to come to their aid, a notable media house was seen conducting a report at the scene at the time of the visit.
