Religion / Friday Bomb: We All Need Someone - Destiny Partners by Greenetalks: 6:49am On Jul 05, 2019
That man who was sick for 38 years whom Jesus met at that pool said something striking when Jesus asked him if he wanted to be healed, he said "I have no man". That is so serious, a man was stuck and messed up for 38 years, a whooping 38 yrs, because "he had no man", the day he got help was the day God sent Jesus as a man to him.

All this I don't need anyone, I can do it all by myself, most times is a product of pride. Am I saying we should put our hope on men? Nope. This post is targeted at understanding the blessings of human resource management, having the right people in your life and destiny partners.

If God wanted you to be alone, He'd have given each of us a planet or space to stay alone. I began to think, since that man found out that it was those that had people that were helped into the pool to be healed, how come for 38yrs he couldn't develop any relationship with anyone who would help him into the pool? How bad was his communication or interpersonal relationship skills?

A lot of people are on this table i'm shaking, even those God told that a particular lady is their wife, they think God will now go and woo or speak to the sister for them, haba.. Some have been grounded in business, career and life because they don't know how to manage relationships.

The bible said, "it is not good for a man to be alone" Gen. 2:18, so when God wants to bless anyone, He sends somebody into his/her life, same way if the devil wants to destroy anyone, he sends someone. Be discerning.

If you keep standing alone, even if you are so skillful, powerful and endowed, you will just die like goliath. I pray today that all the right persons, covenant friends, destiny partners needed to make you strong and take you to the top be released unto you in Jesus name, amen.

You will not fail oo

Religion / Friday Bomb: Intentional Relationship by Greenetalks: 6:59am On Jun 28, 2019
So many years ago, during my undergraduate days, there was a slang that was trending in school, especially when we play football, if you were dribbled in a very drastic way and you are slipping, the next thing you hear is "hold something", if you schooled at MOUAU between 2007-2009, you should remember that. Gradually it faded away, then you hear "unless you no wan eat", "unless you no wan read", everything you say literally attracted the "unless you no wan" response. Now it doesn't actually make sense, but it kept trending then until you don't know when you join the trend. Anytime you hear someone use the word "hyper" with respect to reading, you know this person studied at MOUAU.

So the relationships we keep, the company we keep has a positive or negative impact on our lives whether we know it or not. There are influences over our lives as a product of constant contact/relationship with positive or negative impact. You keep staying with someone who loves praying, over time, it begins to rub off on you and vice versa.

These influences are real, don't take it lightly, Saul wasn't a prophet, came in the company of prophets and started prophesying. I slept on a bed some time ago that wasn't mine, and I had a sexually related dream that hasn't happened for years, which sort of depicts the kind of person who has the bed. In fact, some days ago, a friend complained of having sexual dreams after laying on a bed that wasn't his, something that doesn't happen.

Have you wondered how things start turning for the worse after partnering with someone or even enter a relationship with a guy or lady and even vice versa. When people hear this, they tell it is not real, it is not true, anyway we play too much in this generation.

Let me paint a Bible story for you…

Balaam in the Bible was called a seer, which literally means in a funny way, "someone that sees", that sees beyond the physical/natural though. This gift became a source of livelihood, so people contact him to "see" for them. He had a means of transportation, a donkey who has been with him for a very long time.

One day Balaam was hired to do a job and on his way, the donkey started to act funny, the donkey who has spent a while with Balaam the seer "saw" an angel and consequently the donkey "spoke". Whenever Balaam "sees", he "speaks" i.e prophesy. So the "seeing cum talking" capacity even rubbed off on an animal. - Don't play with influences arising from company or the relationships we keep.

If Iron sharpens iron, wood will blunt iron. Pro. 27:17. Ps. 1:1 buttresses my point by saying "Blessed is he who doesn't stay in the wrong company" (Paraphrased). So if you are not blessed over a period of time, guess you should check your company.

Catch this:
Every moment you spend in the right or bad company is attracting you to right or bad things too which has consequences. No one can remain neutral to influences, every association is either meaningful or harmful, no middle ground.
#HardTruth

For you reading this, who is saying, "so we should stay away from the wrong people, then how do we make them better, how do we change the world, I carry fire in me that can burn the world?"

My response:
You think this is child's play? You have not heard of fire extinguishers shebi? Have you wondered why Jesus spent more time with God than with people? Have you wondered why most men of God are so busy spending time with God than with you?

Anyway, let me give this solution to your question.. A friend and brother, made this response some years ago and it got to my heart and I think it should help you.

"You fellowship with people on your level or better than you, then you minister to people below you. Don't mix it up"

I pray that the discipline to break off from wrong company be cultured in you today, I pray that the right people, destiny helpers and much more, let them be sent by God into your life in Jesus name, amen.

Be intentional with your company and relationships today, PEACE ✌️.

Good Morning.

Religion / Wednesday Propellant - Personal Perception - How Do You See Yourself? by Greenetalks: 6:00am On Jun 26, 2019
I heard a story about a man who had a stone(rock), he felt the stone was fine and can be sold, but because he didn't know the value of what he had, he wanted to sell it for a very cheap price, worse still, the person who he wanted to sell it felt it was expensive and refused to buy. He went somewhere else, he asked the person how much he wanted to buy, the person valued it about 10 times the amount the previous person offered, strange enough, he said he didn't have enough money to pay for it. He then went to a store and now they were ready to pay and the value the store owner placed on it was over 1000 times the value of the first person, more than 100 times the second person, now "local man" is shocked.

A man who could barely feed, hiding in a cave was met by an angel who called him a hero, a mighty man of valour, "man wey sabi" but this man saw himself as a nobody. Man's name was Gideon. Judges. 6:12-15

Personal perception is one of the reasons for some giant strides people make and also the mediocre lifestyle of so many. A young lady can allow herself to be demeaned, humiliated and brutalized by her lover because she thinks the man is doing her a favour by loving her.

Bishop David Abioye once said that if you walk on the floor, people will drag you in the mud, if you fly in the sky, people are either forced to come fly with you or stay where they are.

Have you seen anyone bargaining(pricing) in shoprite before? Not at all. You either have money to pay for it or you leave it alone, nothing like "bros, you fit remove 100 naira for me, I don buy plenty things fa? Funny enough if that same product leaves shoprite to a local market, even the product itself will not believe the way its value will be 'priced'.

God created you and placed real value on you, so for you to have a right perception about yourself, you have to find God and believe what He says about you. As a man thinks in his heart(as a man sees himself), so is he(that's who and what he will become). Pro. 23:7

So how do you see yourself?

Religion / Wednesday Propellant: Open That Book, Read!!! by Greenetalks: 8:32am On Mar 06, 2019
A wise man once said, You can tell where a man is going by the books he reads and also by the company he keeps.

Reading has become a lost art, reading has always been an issue for people.
In a school, the percentage of students who read is so low compared to those who loves reading. This generation of young people are worse, no one wants to sit down and read, there is also a saying that if you want to hide something from a black man, put it inside a book. Pathetic.

I can humorously say that reading was actually a serious matter, that in heaven, a book was presented, nobody could open it, except Jesus. Rev. 5:4

Isaiah. 34:16a says
Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail..

So failure in any aspect of life is tied to inability to read. Reading informs you, it elicits your mind, sparks your mental capacity into life.

A prophecy came that Israel as a nation will spend 70 years in captivity, years in pain and captivity made them not to know it was past 70yrs, it took Daniel opening books to read, which made him understand that it is past 70 years, then made moves for captivity to end.

Some people can spend so much for food, for bags, fashion, their hair, on a woman BUT never on a book. Bishop David Oyedepo said he went abroad and when he came back, he came with two boxes or so and his wife filled with Joy asked, ‘what did you buy from your trip abroad?’ He opened the first box - books, He opened the second box, still books, the woman looked bewildered, and she was like, just books? Bishop replied and I rephrase, “all these books, if I internalize the contents of these books, all those material things will be readily ours and in abundance” Look at Bishop’s life, it is evident.

This year, I have read 2 books and I am on the third, and I feel I am not serious yet. All the men who make marks and took giant strides in life were heavy readers, not one of them don't read.

Acts 19:20 says
So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed..

So in any field of life that you gather enough information on, it will engender success. Are you a business man/woman? What have you read on business, on staying successful for a long while, for sustaining the business, for attracting and keeping customers etc. Do you want to get married? How many books have you read on marriage, parenting, handling finances, raising kids, managing pregnancy etc

Have you wondered why text messages are usually 160 words? Because people have attention disorder and find it difficult to read anything longer than 160 words. Mmh, serious matter.

Whatever you gather enough information by reading, internalizing and consequent actions/steps leads to success in that field.

Open that book, READ!!!

Phone/Internet Market / Re: Clubkonnect Please Credit My Account by Greenetalks: 2:46pm On Feb 23, 2019
They have finally credited me. They nearly made me to report their first bank account and number to State CID. I just thank God because I am so busy to start running around police case et al.

Please clubkonnect, handle people's cases on time, the name calling isn't good for business. Even the bible said a good name is better than riches.

Zector, i sent them a mail and details of my transactions, and they replied and attended to me. This is their mail address - clubkonnectcompliance@gmail.com.

Best luck of man
