Truth be told. I had a similar experience on awolowo road by mobil not far from allen avenue also. These guys are cunn men and best at the act no juju involved i can confirm that. When u approach them they agree to your rate with little hesitation and get you the money but short of one or two pieces. when u complain they ask u refund the money back to them in the process of recounting they remove more and agree to your stance and form adding the shortfall back. You living happy unaware u have been scammed. I'm speaking from real experience.
