Get more information on Asset declaration. There is no part of Law that says the President should declare his asset publicly. What the law and code of conduct say is that every public officer should declare his asset before 3 months in the office.If the said officer so deem it fit, then he could go ahead to make such declaration a public knowledge. Such as late Yadau did. GEJ didn't declare but not publicly same as PMB.
