In line with CBN's new policy that allows banks to pay customers directly with the foreign currency they received the money on, I was wondering if this only applies to domiciliary accounts?

Direct international transfers used to work on non-domiciliary accounts. Has anyone received funds (via International wire transfer) to an account that is not a domiciliary one?

I'm expecting some funds from A foreign-based advertising website. They only have the INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER option as their payout method.

Is it possible to receive the funds in my Nigerian bank ACCOUNT? (GT Bank) I don't own a Domiciliary account. It's just a regular saving account.

The company asked for my ACCOUNT NUMBER and my SWIFT CODE. But I am told you would require a SORT CODE too. The company's payment provider did not provide a panel for SORT CODE just a SWIFT CODE.

Could I still receive the funds without the SORT CODE?

PLEASE NOTE: It is not a domiciliary account.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
