No. You cannot transfer money from one currency to another account using a different currency. They both have to be the same currency for it to be posssible.
Technically, the GTB token doesn't have anything to do with how money is transfered, it is just an extra security measure for account holders who use online banking and buy things online.

Looks like all the websites on your server was compromised. You shouldn't be surprised this happened since you are using a low quality web host.
Not trying to sound non-patriotic, but you should move to a foreign host if you are serious about your website / business.
Also, I am appalled that you deleted your posts when you could have simply made a backup using wordpress export tool just in case you may need them later.

First things first: Scan for viruses, then run 'sfc /scannow' from command prompt.

I doubt mods have the ability to censor words.
Your url was either manually added to the censor list by the Admin or they could have an auto ban feature that triggers based on the number of times you have posted your url (unlikely but possible).

It is possible that your ISP may have blocked access to yahoo. It is very unlikely but it has happened before.
I am going to list a few points to help you in troubleshooting the problem:

1. Try visiting m.yahoo.com using opera mini mobile browser.
2. If you're using the same network on both mobile and PC, try a different one.
3. Make sure your internet connection is legal (you know what I mean).
4. If nothing works, try visiting via a proxy like hidemyass.com

Unless you have been into questionable activities, I strongly doubt that Yahoo would block your I.P address, but if that is the case, then a proxy would at least let you see the home page.

Does "login problems" mean you cannot access the website or you cannot access your account?
