Over 30% of lands in owerri including undeveloped state government land,community land and open spaces has been appropiated by rochas okorocha through the instrumentality of the commissioner for land his son in-law
*ROCHAS okorocha has also annexed what used to be the deputy governor's lodge behind the judiciary and converted the place to an extension of his hotel knowned as LAMONDE hotel
*His excellency took several acres of land from ogboko in the guise of developing a permanent campus for IMSU, sunk tens of billion of naira (imo money)into erecting structures at the location but today what we have there is okorocha private university
*The structures in the premises habouring parts of the minsty of works and water board along okigwe road have been demolished and the location ceded to the governor's in-law for a private sexondary while FSP secondary school established by a military administration just after dat location has been closed down in other not compete with his in-law school.
*Several hectares of native owned lands of our people at orji/mberi area have been taken and added to his small SPIBAT property to create one family township.he has moved the government house of ino to this private estate developed with looted public funds.
*in his ignominious cease,grab and acquire public land policy,the governor allocated an open space high brow civic center housing estate to his son in-law
*ROchas OKOROCHA used d executive fiat to aquire a large expanse of land in UMUNOHA MBAITOLI L.G.A ostensibly for the developnment a diaspora project for which N10bn was set aside .TODAY,both the land and the money have been characteristically been appropriated by rochas
*THE GOvernment HOUSE PROJECT commenced by immediate past administration around port harcourt road beside AHIAJOKU covention centre has been acquired by rochas and shared out to his family members.private properties are now been developed on the land
