HacheNoire: You can NEVER be wealthy if you not built for it!
Why you always see that generations of wealthy people always on that track!
Wealth is a state of mind. Not about what’s in your bank account, houses you have built, stocks you got or real estate investment you got.
It’s a state where no status quo impresses you!
The moment money starts impressing you, you born to be wretched and have more chances of squandering all.
Happens to most footballers and basketball players a lot. If you don’t prepare, train and nurture your mind with money, you will still squander a trillion dollars! ... and lottery winners, those that got inheritance and scammers! |

You people should do some research before writing anything that come to mind There is no need for research! It is written there clearly 'His tenure will end on July 31st'. Don't sweat about Nairaland comments, many of those comments are written by poor half-literate street boys! |

If there is a sin or concept of it indeed has any significance in your life, there is no need to fight it, JUST ENJOY YOUR SIN! I tell you nothing will happen, both now and when you die! P.S Crime is different from human behaviour (so call 'sin'). If you commit crime, you will be punished according to your crime! |

Properties › Re: Why Most Nigerians Run Out Of Money Halfway Through Building Their House by gtassure: 2:17pm On May 12 |
HacheNoire: It is solely because they did not have a working cash flow before starting.
Many Nigerians have been brainwashed to believe building a house is a top priority in the early stages of your life which is outrightly false.
No one tells them a house you inhabit is a liability, not an asset.
He makes the first 50m in his life and runs to buy land and start building, not considering when he will make such amount again, and mostly without a cash flow that can generate such in the shortest term. I agree with you. It's a liability, but just for ten years. It becomes an asset afterthat@ |

nedekid: Seyi does not have £10m? Why is his family living in uk? Go and check most of those big men, all their families stay abroad and they have £10m. Infact I understand at a level in some organizations, management will ask where your family stays and encourage you to move then away, infact one financial institution went as far as arranging mortgage for a person and offsetting the payment through bonuses at the end of the year. Some people may have faced some kind of trauma that will give them ptsd, atleast I know one lady who visited naija after so many years, caught cerebral malaria and almost died, was rushed back to US, since then she no gree come again. Look at chiamanda and the loss of her child, you want to tell he 10m will encourage her to stay here? I know someome that years ago built a big house in lekki, an American returnee to naija. Just before moving into the brand new already furnished mansion he was kidnapped. Luckily, he got his freedom after paying millions, Omo the man was in the next flight abroad with his family and has not returned till date, infact it was my person that then rented the house. Some will even tell you what is the point of money if you cannot tell your people you are going to rest in london, enter plane and travel, then your people come to pick you up on your return. Guy if the want to punish the Nigerian big man, to humble him, ban him from going abroad, they will ask you what is the point of money if you cannot travel. Abi why do you think our politicians shake when they are threatened with visa ban? Well..... I know a lots of people in UK, Canada and US that travel to Nigeria every three month for the last 10years and nothing happened to them! Infact, they make more money in Nigeria than those western countries because they do not have" JAPA MENTALITY " , They only seek opportunities to better themselves and the society in Nigeria at large Bad things happens everywhere in the world, no where is perfect and Nigeria is not either! |

Sports › Re: Anthony Joshua Accident Sparks Outrage Over Nigeria’s Emergency Response System by gtassure: 12:45am On Dec 30, 2025 |
bunmioguns: Modified:
Accidents don’t respect status or geography. Whether it was the tragic loss of Diogo Jota in Spain, the helicopter crash of Herbert Wigwe in California, or this incident with Anthony Joshua, the reality is the same: life is fragile everywhere. Instead of just using this to bash the system, we should realize that at the moment of impact, whether you’re in a first-world country or Nigeria, you are just a human being. Tragedy is universal and can happen to anyone, anywhere. May the souls of the departed rest in peace. I strongly disagree with your submission, we should "bash" the system!, there is no reason not to do so! The leaders in Nigeria do not value themselves or anyone else, that why their priority is making money from position of leadership! Anybody can be in emergency, what happens next if there is no standard response? |
