Me as an unsentimentalist, I have never heard of any narration near been similar to your own narration, but I'm standing tall to say it boldly that what you just wrote up there is lies because am certain you are not a witness to what you said for it's what you were told.(Summarily BASELESS).

That aside, can you tell me why the ebiras keep invading the Bassa Land?
What is the cause of this conflict??

For sentimentalism, I usually do not expect anyone in todays 'one-nigeria' to agree to any idea that puts them in less favourable position whatsoever, especially one who CLEARLY has no idea of their own History!

That I have to be alive in 1860 to witness well documented events for myself in order to be FACTUAL is nothing but a Joke! ...so much for the much vaunted education. I don't even need to mention how absurd it is to outrightly label a subject matter as 'LIES and BASELESS' simply because you have never heard them before. Your IGNORANCE has not a thing on me buddy.

As per the conflict, my understanding is that it is a spillover from another much longer conflict from Nasarawa between the same two groups. Ordinarily, this is unfortunate but still quite comprehensible. But then, there is some dissonance when you consider the peculiar history of cordiality I outlined with MOZUM and the BASSA KOMU, in contrast to what we have today with peddling all sorts of wild claims.

REMEMBER, I engaged you NOT even because you chose to slander a people you are in direct conflict with as anyone can say what they like, but because of the malicious MISINFORMATION you spread and GASLIGHTING tactics you employed to spice it... and you're still yet to respond to my initial question but I know you won't because you have no idea what you say or why you're saying it. That's just something you do!.

Either way, this particular rhetoric I recognize from some weird social media spaces which deserve to remain there. Once you leave that bubble into the REAL WORLD, these lies won't go unchecked.

You're welcome.

Geeflow:
And again, you said Mozum are the landlords of Bassa? For real?? How...

Good. I will explain with FACTS. You may ACCEPT or DENY?

First, the town of Mozum (Imozu) has been in existence ever before any Abatsa (Bassa) ever stepped foot in there.
Secondly, the Bassa komu came in from Nasarawa where they fled from Jihadists.

Thirdly, it was indeed the Mozum King (Ohiogba) who bore the pain to select individuals of the various Bassa komu clans in Nasarawa, then transport them with HIS canoes across the River Benue to Kogi State to save them from extinction.

Fourth, on getting to Kogi State, the Mozum King again sought permission from the Attah Ig.ala which was granted to settle your ancestors in the wider Igal.aland.

Not only that, he (Ohiogba) allocated lands to each of these Bassa clans on behalf of the Attah which still holds true till this day. In fact, BASSA LGA capital of OGUMA is an eb.ira word for a type of MAT upon which your ancestors lay on arrival as refugees... should I go on?

Did you TRULY not know of this or did your parents/elders hide these facts from you for cultural or political convenience ?

Geeflow:
...not because it's called Bassa, but because the truth will always be what it is no matter the narratives or what people choose to believe.

The TRUTH will always be IS apt.
Now that I have said mine, I go back to my original question, and you can tell me YOUR truth...

HOW ARE THE BASSA TRIBE THE OWNER OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Or, in perspective, how are the Ebira of Mozum 'hijacking' the same lands THEY allocated you?
Culture / Re: ‘Egbira’ Finally Gazetted As Common Name For An Ethnic Group by Gudiza(m): 10:01pm On Sep 16, 2022
Geeflow:

Yes, It's a self explanatory simple sentences.
The BASSA tribe are the owner of BASSA local government...

And I asked you how? ..because you said so? Because it's called BASSA? Because they have the highest population.. how?

I know it's typical Nigerian character to make unfounded claims and ignorantly persist, so I do not bother trying to educate anyone but for sake of FACT, what if I told you that the Mozum are Landlords of the Bassa in ACTUAL sense. Your response would be....?

No ebira guy alive can snatch my gf, I like the ebiras of okene as they are a bit friendly compared to the ones in mozum(Bassa local government) who are killing Bassa tribe that are the owner of the local government.
Mind you am from kogi state, I'm only stating the fact.

Sorry to weigh in on your discussion, I do understand there's conflict in Bassa LG but can you expand more on bolded... How?

Business / Re: Black People Are Cursed, I Swear by Gudiza(m): 6:04pm On Dec 03, 2021
When majority of the population are like this, because I was never like that, and I know people who are forward thinking, and not religiously stupid as well, but they are just 5% of the population, and the 5% of us no fit do anything, because the 95% carry the votes and how the country look like
trust me in 50 years time, Africans will still be behind. And by that time, 1 dollar will be equal to 1million naira. I won't marry a Nigerian because of this reason, so I can wash away stupidity ands dumbility from my lineage

I get you have been opportune to live abroad to see how 'humans' live BUT what you see is much deeper than you think.

I think this is a lesson for you to UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF PROGRESSION OR CIVILIZATION IN A FREE SOCIETY.
These are sane individuals who intently hold onto core values (FREEDOM, dignity & respect), build a society upon that and leave for their generations to uphold... as opposed to the systemic GUN-COLONIZED/ RELIGIOUS HYPNOTIZED/ SLAVEMAKING & TRADING societies which were foist one upon another to sustain DOMINANCE.

What I'm saying in essence is that VIRTUES or good things generally don't SPRING UP from these societies.
So, it isn't a curse (ironic you believe in curses), but hypnosis which after generations, breeds a unique system extremely difficult to shake off.

So you LANDED a livable & benevolent society firsthand you're suddenly AWAKEN lol. We understand. It's all good, but the problems you RAN FROM is what a SMALL FEW (like yourself maybe) observe, try to understand, and MITIGATE in as little way we can every single day of our lives without having to JAPA which is the sure easier thing to do. DO NOT DISPARAGE them.

I am not necessarily PROUD of being black, I don't need to. I'm certainly not PROUD of being refered to as a Nigerian or Niggerian - a figment of colonial imperialism foist upon us to dictate and control our narrative. I however, do understand that I am a spiritual being having a physical experience in this time and space. I understand my uniqueness upon the society in which I find myself and it is through expression of this uniqueness I'm supposed to effect change. I am WHO I AM.

Do I lay blame of everything happening to us today squarely at the feet of the colonials? of course NOT, Africans had underlying issues which were capitalized upon but they're still yet to wake from what was done them. Maybe it's up to US to WAKE them up. Even their leaders are busy/SLEEPING for another century while 'they' CART our resources for the benefit of the HIGH society you NOW struggle to FIT in - the whole essence of coming to AFRICA in the first place. In 50 yrs, Africa might look same to you, but we WILL have a different view than you.

Washing away stupidity & dumbness from your lineage ..well, I admire the man who accepts an inferior being worthy as mate.
I suggest you be kind & don't make kids so you won't dumb down HIS gene pool and pass on this stupidity.
It doesn't fully 'GO AWAY' if that's what you're thinking! Hint: Adoption

I remember someone say, ''It doesn't take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting bushfires of freedom in the minds of men''

What a fvcking rant, is anyone supposed to help anybody?
Since he was an actor, the onus is on his actor buddies, friends and well wishers to help him out.
If he didn't have any one or he was a terrible person for example, whose fault is that?

If that's the reason your talkin crap about black folks you're way off.
Many oyinbo celebrities died last year particularly during COVID no one made a fuss.
One of them was Sean Connery. Few years prior, he was discovered to be living like a hermit.

What a fvcking rant!
