My follow up was to acknowledge that we might have genuine reasons to be on either side of the divide. I mean, everyone has a lens through which they generally approach issues. Perhaps out of experience, you have been falsely accused by a female before maybe wife, girlfriend, employee etc. your path tends towards Akpabio. But if you've had a sister, cousin, niece go through the trauma of sexually harassment guess where you'd be? Then u add previous antecedents... So yeah, we just need proof.

Also, we'd be lying to ourselves to ignore the undertones in the broader Nigerian context (natural faultlines) to which this issue has played out, which unfortunately, carpets the need for a free/fair hearing and required changes to be done. You see North Vs South, North Central against South South play out, Niger Delta women go up in arms & Arewa do likewise, You see CAN ginger up, you might see MURIC, I don't know. So it becomes a regional/geo-political/socio-cultural/religious fvckfest! & that's naija for u.

Akpabio is not my principal. You can’t on one hand be saying “say no to rumour” while at the same time pronouncing guilt on a man based on unproven allegations.
You can’t on the one hand pronounce guilt on Akpabio based on previous unproven allegations of sexual harassment and ignore that Natasha has a documented history of making false sexual allegation claims the most famous of which was against Reno.
If character and previous behavior is being called to question, it should be called to question on both parties.
If he is guilty throw the book at him but don’t destroy a man because you are a woman and you can divert attention away from your failings on the seating arrangements by bringing up trumped up charges of sexual assault.

100%. Any sexual harassment claim should be investigated. Yeah, On the current issues we cast ASPERSIONS on both Akpabio & Natasha following their track record but saying she has 6 kids from 6 diff fathers or whatever is JUST NOT FACTUAL! (actually defamatory)

If she says she has proof, then let court jurispudence take its full course. As they also say, it's not about what actually transpired, it's about what YOU CAN PROVE. I will also be disappointed if Natasha doesn't have the proof as she says. But, the slander on the woman's character or timing of lawsuit is just mehh...
