symptoms of a hernia can range from noticing a painless lump to the severely painful, tender, swollen protrusion of tissue that you are unable to push back into the abdomen.

Bruv! No shaking @ll do as many push ups as you can but don't just rush them for you not to get hurt, hernia don't just happen like that coz there different types of hernia and the one you could develop through exercises is epigastric/groin hernias. Do your exercises and don't work yourself out. See ya @ d 1st camp.

cyril83: Doing too many pushups can actually do more harm than good. The key to building muscle is getting adequate rest between workouts; this is the time when your muscles actually get bigger. Without enough rest between each pushup workout, your muscles constantly are getting broken down and are not allowed any time to rebuild and recover. That said, using pushups on a consistent basis with adequate rest in between sessions is an effective way to strengthen your chest, abs, shoulder and tricep muscles.

Resting for one day between workouts is generally recognized as adequate for most people. However, beginners may need two or three days of rest between workouts. If your chest and/or arm muscles are sore from a previous workout, you may want to take an additional day of rest to ensure your muscle tissue repairs itself correctly between workouts. I suggest eating a healthy diet rich in protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats to ensure speedy recovery times.

Let's always keep this in mind,coz hernia is very bad and once you have discovered it, it is important to see a doctor for a medical evaluation. Keep in mind, hernias do not get better over time or go away on their own. In fact, they usually grow larger and get worse

emmanuel4fire: Mr Guideway give a try do not loose hope. You never can tell which one will work out. I was opportuned to visit Dodan barracks Obalende were I met a lieutenant who told me he applied 7 times before he was given the job. So Mr, don't give up on what you believe in. God has it's own way of turning the table around for your favor. It might even be that that god father candidate may drop out for no reason and they will use you to complete the space. Like I said " God has it's own way of turning the table around.
